Comfortable, Spacious and Centric

We enjoy our stay at La Casita, we choose the property to be closer to the Loandepot BallPark and we could walk to the stadium in 5 mins. Very clean unit, easy to get in an out, neighborhood is quiet. The property is close to the airport 5-10 mins and to the beach 10-15 mins. Owner communicates what you need to know and provides speedy response if you have questions.

Beautifully kept property, very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Nice quiet area.

Nice very clean home. Comfortable beds. Mercedes replied to any questions quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything you could need. On Friday the neighbors had a Mariachi Band for their Grandmother. It was so enjoyable to hear.

Nice lil place

The accommodations were fine overall. It would have been nice to have a couch to sit, but I understood the area in case someone had a child. The trundles would not have been large enough for adults. The ants were out of control. I used the spray more than I would have expected but the ants were even in the bed. The location was good and in a quiet neighborhood.

Clean and convenient

This house was perfect for my family and I. Super neat with just enough space. Their was also really good communication with Mercedes. Also the beach and the mall weren’t far away. Definitely would come back, highly recommended.

The house was very clean and location was Awesome only thing is the site states accommodate 6 guest and I don’t see how if the 5th person came with us I have no idea where they would have slept this house is more for a family with small children. I do recommend guest bring their own face clothes we were provided with hand towels and bath towels only, Also there is no sitting area for gathering just a table to eat and no oven

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

I messaged Mercedes on the day that we needed to check-in. The last minute reservation was readily accommodated by her after my party had been canceled on twice! Mercedes was gracious to allow us to stay on such a short notice. When we arrived we were welcomed by a clean and freshly renovated space. The minimalist and white decor of La Casita became the perfect sanctuary after our long drive down to Miami. The bedding and furniture also seemed new, so everything felt comfortable. My friends and I were also pleased and appreciated the thoughtful layout of the place. From the small things like extra toothbrushes and bottled waters to a kitchen fully stocked with utensils and pots. The place also has a washer and dryer which are handy if you're a light packer and planned a few beach outings.. Anyway, we felt like we were well taken care of. Another element we also valued was the proximity to Calle 8, and really all of Miami. Wynwood is only 10-15 minutes away. La Casita is in a beautiful residential part of Little Havana. We were surrounded by families so we felt safe and it was easy to walk duringthe day. I am impressed with the quality of La Casita and Mercedes. When I'm back in Miami, I'll know where to go for a comfortable stay.

Cozy, clean, and conveniently located little apartment in Little Havana.

Our group was in a pinch to find a comfortable place to stay after our lodging was canceled twice, the second time being when we were only a few hours away from our original check-in time. When we found La Casita a mere 5 hours before our arrival - Mercedes was gracious to get the place ready the same day. When we arrived, we found a newly remodeled apartment with fresh white decor and welcoming clean smell. The place will comfortably accommodate your daily needs. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all they kitchen utensils and items you'd need. The AC worked beautifully and the beds, towels, and other personal care items were thoughtfully arranged for our use. The neighborhood was also great. It was tastefully lively during the weekend with family gatherings and peaceful during the week. We had a great stay and appreciated Mercedes' attentive hosting.

In short this book this place now you wont regret it !!

Here is the long version of this, this West Little Havana home exceeded my expectation, I booked this place after looking around on other sites and was a little hesitant at first no reviews and you know things are not always what they seem. Well everything from the communication with my host to the place it self was prefect. The neighborhood was quiet and family and I felt comfortable being here in our comings and goings during the day or night. You are minutes away from every thing which is perfect for being in Miami !!. So if you looking for a quiet place to be away from everything, but yet be able to get around book this place now you wont be disappointed. Thank you Mercedes for letting me the 1st to stay at your home it was a pleasure and I will be be back again soon.
