Brand New Listing!New construction with vintage Farmhouse appeal, this "home away from home" captures both casual country living and downtown urban life. Located in the heart of the city of Franklin, you can walk to everything one of Southern Living's 'Best Small Towns' has to offer! You are just steps away from restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Historical Franklin Theater, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, civil war tours and more! Full of white shiplap, subway tile, reclaimed wood, sliding barn doors, yet with today's modern amenities - this home was designed to make y'all feel right at home in our charming Pre- Civil War town. We are also just a 20 minute drive to Nashville!

Downstairs includes a large living area with big screen TV, sound system with speakers throughout, fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso Machine, coffee machine, cooking, dining room, powder room, and a private backyard patio. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms: one master suite with a king size bed and private bathroom, two bedrooms each with a king bed and a shared full bathroom. There is also a small laundry room with stackable washer and dryer, and a work station. Each bedroom includes a spacious closet, a smart TV, and music speakers that you can connect to your smartphone playlist. Hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy grilling and a private patio.

This home is a new construction duplex that includes two separate units - this unit includes 3 bedrooms, two and a half baths, and sleeps 6.

Family vacation 1st

Everything was as expected about the property. We have 2 adult daughters and the eldest is recently married and has our first grandson. Prior years, we used to go to Nashville as a family and have enjoyed it very much. This year we decided to go a little bit outside of Nashville and stay in Franklin with our entire clan. We had one small issue and they were super responsive. Everything was clean and enjoyable for the entire weekend. Super easy to check in and super easy to check out. We would definitely come back again and highly this property. Walking distance to shopping, dining and treats.

Wonderful location and great home

Loved the location of this home - easy and fast to walk to downtown shopping and dining areas. The open kitchen and living room was very nice space. My only minor complaints are that it the home could use a deep clean and the couches are uncomfortable. But overall we were very pleased with our stay and the owner seemed very nice and accommodating.

This vintage farmhouse is absolutely stunning and offered us an unparalleled experience. We were so taken by its charm and comfort that we are already planning our next trip to Franklin, specifically to stay at this property. The property manager's kindness and attentiveness added a personalized touch to our stay. The property is not only equipped with all the necessary amenities but is also impeccably clean and well-maintained. In my opinion, this is the best VRBO property available. Its proximity to downtown Franklin ensures a convenient and enjoyable stay. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Beautifully done townhouse

Kudos to whomever remodeled this home. The home was warm and inviting. The decor is relaxing and the furnishings are lovely. The house is right downtown, so extremely easy to walk to everything. The only negative is that outside the front door is the back of a hardware store and a run down plumbing outfit. That being said, the neighborhood felt very safe. We would definitely return for another stay.

Beautiful farmhouse w/incredible location!

My family of 4 stayed here for a Christmas vacation and we were so impressed. The location can’t be beat, literally steps from the quaint downtown Franklin with tons of fantastic restaurants and shops. The home was clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend this location!

Franklin getaway

We absolutely loved staying at Karen's place. It was spacious, absolutely delightful with beautiful finishes. Some highlights were the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, large and comfortable beds, and just a beautiful aesthetic that added to our mom's weekend away to rest and refresh. We will be back next year!

Perfect Bridesmaids House

From the beginning to the end Karen was so hospitable and responded so quickly to questions. When I realized I needed to add an additional day Karen made it happen. It was the perfect house and location for the bridesmaids of my daughters wedding. We also got ready there the day of and the photographer had perfect areas to take photos. I would recommend Karen and this house for any stay in Franklin TN!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

We loved absolutely everything about this house. The pictures are beautiful but it’s even more amazing in person. The house was extremely clean, welcoming, and exceptional. The nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t want to leave. The location was absolutely perfection just like the home. We slept amazingly. The beds were so comfortable. The natural light in the house was beautiful as well. It had such good energy and we truly enjoyed coming home each day to it. I’ve stayed in other rentals and cannot say that’s always the case. Zero issues from start to finish. I could go on and on. It truly made our vacation to be able to stay in such a wonderful house. We will be back.

Everything about this property is top notch. Karen is great with communication and so kind. The homes were clean, had all the amenities and the location couldn’t be beat. We rented both sides of the duplex but couldn’t hear the rest of our group on the other side. It was so quiet. We will definitely be booking again.
