We're back!! The Lutz Latitude Adjustment condo is only 2-min walk to the beach!

The Lutz Latitude Adjustment is located at A Place at the Beach V in the popular Shore Drive area of Arcadian Shores, Myrtle Beach! It is just a short two-minute walk from door to toes-in-sand and there are TWO pools!

Our unit is in Building B on the third (top) floor (only two flights of stairs) (complex does not elevators), which means no noise from above and the entire unit has been sheet-rocked over the paneling so quieter all around!

The Lutz Latitude Adjustment has been newly painted and refurbished throughout. There is newer vinyl plank flooring through the main living area and in the hallway and brightly colored coastal decor throughout.

The living Room has a 60" wall-mounted TV with HDMI access so you can continue watching your series or movies or you can watch cable TV. If it is a cool night or morning or if you are just looking for some ambiance, there is an electric fireplace in the living room, too. There is a brand-new queen sleeper sofa in there, too!

The master bedroom has access to balcony and a private bath. It also has a 55" wall-mounted TV with HDMI access. Newly replaced air conditioning unit, unique open shelving, ceiling fan, king size bed, lots of storage room. And you can see the ocean water from your bed!

The master private bath has been recently refinished and widened so there is more elbow room!

Our guest bedroom has two beds (queen and twin) along with TV with DVD player. We will be posting additional photos this weekend of it!

The guest bathroom was recently remodeled and has new tile floor, walk-in shower unit with bench seating, new lighting and mirror. This bathroom is definitely light and bright!

Even though many times vacationers love to go out for dinner or order in, our kitchen is ready for those who love to cook anything from small to large meals! And it has new stainless-steel appliances!

The private balcony has bar-height furniture and a storage bin where we have fun beach toys and games stored for guests to borrow! We also have beach chairs and umbrella for guest use!

One pool is ocean front (Building A) and the other is located at the back of Building B!

Please note is that there is NO elevator in our building.

The Arcadian Shores is nestled between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. Across the street from our condo is Flip Flops Bar and Grill, if you are looking for yummy bar food and live music. There is also a convenience store that has your basic needs and even some beach gear! Croackers Restaurant is located right down the road at the Apache Pier, which is the East Coast's longest wooden pier. Also, down the road is extremely popular Ocean Annies Beach Bar! If you are craving the best hamburgers (we have ever tasted), River City Cafe (located inside, next to Ocean Annies). Harry the Hats, Don't Get It Twisted, Fin McCools, Calli Baker's Firehouse Grill, Baron's Steakhouse, Chuck's Steakhouse, Bimini's Oyster Bar & Seafood, The Backyard Sports Bar and Grill are also located within a few miles of The Lutz Latitude Adjustment.

If you want to take a break from playing and resting on our beautiful beach, well, Myrtle Beach is filled with so many sites to see and experiences to share - the Boardwalk, fishing charters, golfing, miniature golfing, water parks, amusement parks, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, The Common Market, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, The Alabama Theatre, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, The Carolina Opry, Ripley's Aquarium, Wonderworks, and so many restaurants, trampoline parks, Brookgreen Gardens Lowcountry Zoo, casino cruises, and many places to walk, hike, bike, and explore! This is only scratching the surface of what Myrtle Beach has to offer! It is time to start your vacation adventure!
