Large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath located directly across the street from the Big Bear Village!

Village Chateau includes two master bedrooms each with a full en suite bathroom, two bedrooms with queen/twin bunk beds, a laptop/work station, outdoor spa, grill, garage parking, and a stocked kitchen. Our game room has a pool table, card table, arcade games, and shuffle board.
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and 5 children per city ordinance.

Lake views from the deck, game room, upstairs master bedroom, and upstairs master bedroom balcony.

We have a pack n play and high chair available for young children.

Security cameras with recording capability around exterior perimeter of property to protect owners and guests from break-ins, theft and vandalism that may happen at known rental properties. Cameras are located in common areas with no expectation of privacy. Cameras are located at the front door, front walkway, driveway, and the patio sliding glass door. Cameras are not monitored during stay but are used to verify occupancy & parking (City of Big Bear Lake ordinance 2021.488). Under no circumstance will any guest tamper with a camera or obstruct a camera's field of view.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours (10 pm to 7 am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
Please note Big Bear Code Enforcement will issue fines to any home with noise that can be heard at the property line without prior warning. Fines will also be issued to anyone using the spa from 10 pm to 7 am, regardless of noise. These fines are often up to $1,500.
