The entrance opens onto the kitchen and living space. The large 70 m2 room offers a beautiful volume of a room with fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, gas cooking stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Adjoining, enter the dining room-living room with its large sofas. Go through the corridor to go to a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and at the back, a bedroom with 2 single beds opening to the outside via a French window.
Near the entrance a bathroom with shower bath and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large mezzanine offers a large bedroom with 3 90cm beds. The corridor opens onto a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a 140cm bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and at the end of the corridor a third bedroom with 2 single beds.
You will be able to enjoy the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. Table, chairs and barbecue available (be careful to respect the neighborhood).
The beautiful country house can accommodate from 6 to 13 people. Additional beds on request.

Don't miss the Wednesday and/or Saturday morning market in the heart of the city. To spend a day at Futuroscope in Poitiers, allow a 50-minute drive and 1 hour to go to Center Parc le Bois aux Daims. and so many beautiful visits to discover (the vineyard of Chinon, the castle of Azay le Rideau, the wicker village of Villaines les Rochers, the Clos Lucé d'Amboise, the castle of Chenonceau).
