Règlement
Les animaux, les fêtes ou évènements ne sont pas acceptés.
Il n’est pas autorisé de fumer à l’intérieur de la villa, et les chichas sont également interdites, même à l’extérieur.
La piscine dispose d'un système de protection (alarme) toutefois elle n'est pas surveillée et reste sous l'entière responsabilité du locataire qui devra s'assurer de la surveillance notamment celle des enfants.
Attention, la villa n’est pas forcément adaptée aux jeunes enfants car l’escalier du salon ne dispose pas de garde-corps et la barrière à l’étage n’est pas sécurisée.

Location and environment
Located in Saint-Gilles-les Bains, in the lower part of the Mont Roquefeuil district, the Kaznav is close to all amenities (less than 5 minutes) from the bakery, Carrefour City, post office, banks, but above all 5 minutes from the many bars and restaurants of Saint-Gilles.
The Kaznav is ideal for enjoying the beautiful beaches of the West on a daily basis (Boucan Canot, the Hermitage, the Saline and the Roches Noires), but also its waterfalls and pools.
The district is also an ideal starting point towards the Wild South or the North for Saint-Denis.
