This spacious condo features an over-sized wrap-around Balcony, accessed from the Living Area and the Master Bedroom. No Check In procedure. Crystal Shores is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Balcony Views
We picked the place for the corner balcony and the views were awesome, sunrise and sunset. Please replace the balcony furniture. The two good chairs are are rusty and rotting. The table was a padded old card table. Less than impressed with that situation. Everything else indoors was as described. Slept comfortable and was enough space for the two of us.

Property was clean and neat, end unit was great! Very comfortable beds, all drapes closed out light which made for superb rest. Well stocked kitchen. A very nice, comfortable and welcoming unit. Does need chaise loungers on balcony but the view is amazing! Really enjoyed the week's stay!!!

Less than expected
Property is run down and needs work. None of latches on sliding glass doors worked, furniture was in poor condition, Dust on all surfaces, floors were dirty. Poor instructions regarding parking. Codes did not work on other doors, had to have key fob. The view and the beach were amazing. Nicer places near by for less cost. The area is much busier than I realized, takes a long time to get groceries due to traffic and not many food options other than seafood.

This place is magical!
This was our family's first booking on VRBO and to Gulf Shores, and it definitely did not disappoint! The condo was perfect, the view was stunning and being right on the beach enabled us to be able to go back and forth without having to pack a ton of stuff to the beach. I can't say enough good things, everything was great! Even the water pressure was awesome!

Perfect vacation location
We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was clean and spacious with amazing views. All of the tvs worked fine. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. There was even a big beach umbrella in the closet that was the cherry on top. The indoor and outdoor pools were small but nice. The beach access was awesome and the parking garage and elevator were nice.

Unexpected Stunner!
We arrived in Gulf Shores on 12/19 and we were set to leave 12/23 just as the weather was going to improve. I went to VRBO and found this gem of a condo and decided to extend our stay in the area to have more fun in the sun! The condo was neat, clean- corner unit with huge balcony. The ocean was literally right in front of us! Sunrise and sunsets were stunning and 1107 was the perfect place for my family of 4. Didn’t have a broom or working vacuum when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager fixed that! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful!

Nice Getaway
I had a few days to get away and chose to come to Gulf Shores. My close friend and daughter-in-law to be went as well. We had a very nice time. One day was very windy however the waves were magnificent to watch from the balcony. The property is very nice and were impressed by the well equipped kitchen. I would go back again, but maybe earlier in the season.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Condo was very spacious, with a huge corner balcony. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Nice kitchen with all the necessities and extras! We would stay again for sure!
