You will LOVE the huge balcony with bar height furniture and the commercial grade milkshake machine complete with tins, spoons, and toppings! FREE beach service is included (2 chairs plus umbrella) set up each morning of your stay plus 2 extra Sunflow chairs in the closet, a cooler, beach bag, and 8 beach towels plus a snack basket upon arrival! You will enjoy direct beach access, a garage parking space, and additional free parking.

Counter full of spices, TVs in all rooms. All in all a great place and exceeded my expectations. The beach views are amazing and location with direct access to beach is worth every penny. THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: Endless Summer requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
• PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature – please sign within 48 hours
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. We will send your welcome letter via email 10 days before arrival with all your important arrival information and codes.

*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
