** MY FAVORITE THINGS TO DO NEARBY **
There is so much to do both in town and nearby here in Pagosa Springs! Wolf Creek ski area gets the most snow in Colorado, is a favorite during winter months, and is 30 min away. Fishing, camping, canoeing, and climbing in the summer months. Hot Springs are open year-round. Hot Air Balloons will take you up for an amazing adventure year-round and they touch down on a lake. Speaking of lakes - there are 7 in the area! We also have tons of biking trails. The downtown area is full of fun to be had, and it’s about a 45 minute drive to Durango.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Lastly, please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

- Please note our permit is for 10 people max, so we absolutely cannot host more than 10 guests at a time. If there are more than 10 people in our home, there could be significant fines from the city that you will be responsible for. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Townhome Complex Rules
- Quiet hours 9pm to 7am Colorado time.
- Lodging only. May not be used to entertain or host guests not staying in the unit.
- No loud noise or music that can be heard outside the rental unit
- Parking shall occur in the unit’s garage or fit within the unit’s driveway.
o No overnight parking in guest spots.
- Trash bins to be set out and removed ONLY on the day of trash pick-up.
o If left out overnight, must have lid closed and latched to avoid access by wildlife.
o Fines may be assessed if improper trash disposal leads to wildlife disturbances.
- All Town and Association traffic signs must be followed.
o Yamaguchi Lane is a ONE-WAY / LEFT TURN street
- Respect each unit’s privacy. Patios and porches are for the exclusive use that unit’s
owner/guests. All occupants have a right to quiet enjoyment of such areas.
- All personal property or rental items of owner/guests must be stored inside the unit.
- No nuisances, hazardous activities or chemicals, fires, offensive activities, unsightliness,
or annoying sounds and odors.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise could result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

Very nice place

This place is nice and close to town. Lots of shops and good restaurants near by. The drive to Wolf Creek is only 25 minutes away. Would stay here again!!

Location location location!

This property is close to the heart of Pagosa Springs, a few minutes walk from the San Juan River and a 10 minute walk from the center of town! The kitchen is well equipped, comfortable beds,clean and cozy, friendly neighborhood . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

proximity is perfect

The location was excellent. The park was a great addition and actually attended a concert. Downtown was close and the park had pickleball courts. The kids tubed down the river and over the falls. Fly fishing was good. Hiking was great and actually did Alberta peak.

The check in and check out was easy. Location is excellent. The property was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Loved the fact that it had a garage and washer/dryer we could use. Wolf Creek ski vacation

The place was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds and room for everyone. It was our first time out in this area and it was fantastic! Located close to town and only about a 40 minute drive up to wolf creek ski area. Would definitely recommend this townhouse.

Nice location

This property location was fantastic. A short walk to the park and the San Juan River Trail. However, we wished there had been more outdoor seating. Luckily, we brought folding chairs since there is only one rocker. Also, the porch could use a good power washing since the cobwebs were everywhere. On a positive note, the kitchen had everything you could hope for in a kitchen.

Wonderful Property

This space was beautiful for our family: Two grandparents and two couples with young kids. . The space is well furnished and stocked. We enjoyed the kitchen. The kids loved the park next door - it has a fantastic kids play ground, plus soccer and pickle ball. The adjacent river and wildlife was beautiful. We took advantage of the scenic nature walk ( about a mile) on a path for a family stroll to the hot springs. We could not have been happier. Next time we will take advantage of the fact that some raft trips end at the park next to this property. There is something here for everyone. The house was super clean. Lots of space. JUST GREAT.

Little slice of Heaven - Pagosa Springs

Beautiful townhome in a wonderful location within walking distance to the pristine San Juan River. Lots of wildlife to see from the back patio - day and night! Perfect for families because it is within feet of a green space and the river - fun for tossing a ball around or a picnic. Also close to downtown Pagosa Springs - a nice walk (1 mile each way). I will say you should review the ‘rules’ carefully. There is a designated ‘quiet time’ per the HOA, and the neighbors/HOA will enforce it. We also made the mistake of driving the wrong way - also heavily enforced! That being said, the property manager was fantastic, check-in/out was a breeze, and I would absolutely stay there again!

Wolf Creek Ski Townhome in Pagosa

Great place for our ski/snowboard trip at Wolf Creek. Beds and bedrooms for several adults (both singles and couples) and all beds were very comfortable for our sore muscles. Approximately 45 minute drive from townhouse to Wolf Creek Parking Lot. Clean and new throughout, the accommodations left our entire group without complaints. Check-in was simple with concise instructions, and checkout was super convenient without any additional duties. A few additional towels would be recommended as this place can accommodate 10. Parking is a bit tight in the garage, so I strongly suggest three cars max. One in garage and two on driveway. Carpool and save a buck on gas. We will definitely try to stay at this location next year for our yearly ski trip to Wolf Creek.
