This downstairs unit is situated on the beach side of 39th Street. The house is a 30 second walk to the beach (7 doors from the sand) and a 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants, a grocery store and the Newport Beach pier.

Enjoy a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle with a 9 foot bi-fold door connecting the living room to the large tiled patio for outdoor living (over 200 square feet). The patio has a gas BBQ and plenty of seating.

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with all of the basics to cook a great meal for the family after a fun beach day. We provide some pantry basics including (salt & pepper, cooking oil, starter amount of coffee pods, etc..)

All rooms have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans.

The living room has a remote control gas fireplace and huge TV.

The master bath incorporates a beautiful bathroom with large shower. The second bathroom has a beautiful coastal aesthetic ambiance with tub/shower.

Washer/Dryer in garage for your use (free of charge).

We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, coolers, wagon, pop up tent, sand toys, wetsuits and beach cruisers/bikes and more all at no charge.

If you need even more room, rent the beautiful upstairs unit which consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - Listing #2244419

Renting both units would give you a total of 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms with 2 kitchens, along with the 2 car garage. Great for large family get togethers or families traveling together. Listing #2258451 (whole property / both units)

Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).

Please note....this is a downstairs unit. It is possible to hear noise from the upstairs unit (depending on the guests at the time). If you are sensitive to noise, please rent an upstairs unit. Most vacation rentals in Newport are duplexes and most downstairs apartments do have some noise transfer.

Amazing Beach House
We’ve stayed at many properties in this area and this house was one of our favorites for our family of 5. Great location, comfortable beds, lots of linens and towels, laundry, A/C, beach supplies, stocked kitchen. Hot water and good shower heads which is a must for a beach vacation. It had everything we would have wanted in a vacation rental. The contact person was very helpful and quick to communicate. 10/10 Highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Beach House
The house was equipped with everything needed for a great beach experience! We had an excellent time. Our teens loved hanging out at the beach and riding their skateboards nearby, Laguna Beach shopping and the Newport Boardwalk were so much fun. Just a great stay all around.

Great Beach location!
This was a great rental unit! I stayed for a short term weekend visit… it is super close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants on the balboa peninsula are easily accessible! Lisa the host was super responsive and easy to work with! My friends and family and I had a great time! The unit was super clean and had lots of recreational use items!

Great spot by the beach
As a first time user of VRBO I had a lot of questions. Lisa Li was a very patient and great communicator. The house is one block from the beach in a great neighborhood. It is very clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Beach chairs,coolers, surf and boogie boards, wet suits, bicycles and even books if you forgot yours! Washer and dryer and air conditioning. I will definitely book again!

We had the most amazing vacation at this property and would highly recommend it. The place was spotless and super clean, which I feel is rare these days with rental properties. AC in Newport is a game changer
We’ve been coming to Newport every summer for years. Last year we got a place with AC and it was a game changer! Now we won’t do Newport without AC 😂 We were ecstatic to get into Lisa’s place as we were putting together our last minute plans to make Newport happen this year! It’s nice inside and has AC, which makes it feel like home after long hot vacation days. We had never stayed further from the pier than 26th street, so this was the furthest we’d ever stayed, but we ended up loving it. We enjoyed the vibe further from the pier, and would definitely stay there again.

Had a blast! Highly recommend!
The property was great. Having the garage was good. It's a tight squeeze, but do able with compact car or small SUV. Location was great. Less than a minute walk to the sand. They had wetsuits for our use and had multiple sizes, which was a game changer for getting in the water. The indoor/outdoor living room was so awesome. All the beach toys (boogie boards, surf boards, bikes, towels, umbrella, etch) made the stay that much easier and cheaper. The only negatives were that one of the bikes was broken, so there were only three working bikes and we have four in our family, and the people upstairs can definitely be heard walking around and when they are on the deck and we were on the patio, it seems a bit intrusive, but overall, if you know what to expect, it's all good. We had an amazing stay and will stay again if we end up in the area.

39th Street is a great street! It is close enough to the pier and boardwalk to walk or ride a bike. The house is amazing! It was renovated prior to our purchase and looks and feels very contemporary and is immaculate. It also has ample parking, two spots per unit (depending on the size of your car(s), which is double what most vacation rentals in the area provide.

Not only is 39th Street a great location but the house is just steps to the sand. We are 7 houses from the sand so back and forths to the house are super easy. We also provide all of the beach equipment you will need for a great day at the beach (boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, etc...) And having 2 parking spots per unit is unheard of in this town!
