Welcome to Tawney Trail Villa, a luxurious three bedroom condo (sleeps up to 7 people) with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped (has a Keurig coffee maker!) for preparing your meals. At the end of the day, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere on your private deck. Later that evening take in the brilliant night skies.

Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the comfortable living and kitchen areas with fireplace, flat screen TV, magnificent mountain views and access to your private deck. The kitchen is perfect for meal preparation with open room concept, so no one is ever left out of a conversation. Go up the next flight of stairs to the guest bedroom with a Bunk bed, Full size on the bottom, and Twin size on the top, and a Jack and Jill full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second guest room features a Queen size bed and is also connected to the Jack and Jill bathroom. The Master Suite on the top level features a King size bed, AC wall unit, and private full bathroom with tub. You have access to the full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room off the garage.

Tawney Trail Villa will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and comfortable in the summer, this property has AC on the top floor only. This lovely condo accommodates up to 7 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The shared pool, and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend thru Labor day weekend.

This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 24 through October 20, 2024. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

No Pets, No Smoking, No Events. No more then 7 people at the property at any time no more then 2 cars at any time (1 car garage). The person renting/name on the account must be present.

Estes Park Stay

We had a lovely visit and the location was excellent. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub. There are many steps in the unit but the unit is comfortable and the host was very accommodating and answered any questions we had.

Awesome Mountain Retreat

This listing is better than the online pictures show. The views from the property are spectacular! Super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Other reviewers have mentioned the significant amount of stairs which is accurate. Would not be a good place for elderly or those have mobility issues. Would definitely book here again.

A great stay.

In Estes Park for a wedding. 4 of us stayed here, plenty of room, very clean, we did not need for anything. A great location close to town without the noise and traffic. Plenty of wildlife around. Would definitely recommend to others.

Even better in person

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice their property was. The pictures do not do it justice. The place was well stocked with everything you need. Soap, paper products, coffee, laundry pods, towels. The place was clean. The location is very convenient to everything, downtown Estes and RMNP. Amazing views to wake up to. There are a lot of stairs for anyone who might find it difficult. Coming back from getting ice cream one evening we seen a family of elk just hanging out in the nearby grassy area. Thanks for sharing your place.

Very nice property

Great location, decor and layout, well equipped kitchen. Fast communication! As stated in listing no a/c except 3 rd floor. No grill on deck as advertised. Deck needs repair to be safe. Bed linens were polyester and not comfortable for sleeping. Broken shade on third floor needs addressing so you can open window for air. Other than those minor issues, it worked for us.

Fantastic Experience!

Beautiful location with the most amazing sunrise sky! Such a cozy mountain cabin feeling and everything we needed was there. Very easy to get to Estes Park shopping and restaurants. The setting is truly picturesque and the Rocky Mountain National Park is close by. Loved everything about our stay!

We had a great stay! The property was as advertised. The property was very clean and accommodating. Renee the owner was very responsive to messages and provided us with good information for the trip! It was nice having a garage with opener! We would highly recommend staying at this rental!

Lovely Condo; Beautiful View, Convenient Location

This was a lovely condo with a beautiful view for our morning coffee on the porch. The TV had Disney Plus for the kids to watch while we prepped or unpacked for the day. Well stocked with coffee, laundry pods, dish washing needs, etc. Very conveniently located to town or the National Park. We did ALL THE THINGS and then came "home" and went to bed early each night. Great Stay!

Family time

Didnt have the code needed to access unit at check in, but it was provided promptly. Unit required additional kitchen and bath supplies and these were delivered. Jacuzzi jets fuse popped; this was also addressed. Beautiful unit. No ac made the first two floors hot to return to, since it was summer. Cooled down nicely at night.

Estes Park is beyond beautiful! Although our unit was initially difficult to locate, it was perfect for the five of us. The half bath came in quite handy! The view was beautiful! The owners said that our concerns about the deck stability and the damaged shade are being addressed. The unit was a bit dusty!

Quiet complex located just South of Downtown Estes.

The property was clean, and all was as described. The complex was nicely maintained. Property is located with close access to grocery store (Safeway), RMNP and downtown Estes Park. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Highly Recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights in June, while visiting RMNP, and can’t wait to return! The property was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The view of the mountains from the deck was beautiful. We loved the location , it was a quick drive to the RMNP entrance and to downtown Estes Park, but just far enough out of town to feel like you were “in the mountains”. We used the community pool once, our 7yr old son loved it, and the water was warm enough for the adults to enjoy it too. The communication from the property manager was excellent, we really appreciated their guidance on making reservations at RMNP. We’d definitely stay here again next time we are in Estes Park.

Exceptional stay, especially for a large family with a great location away from crowds!

We have a family of 7. My husband and I stayed with our kids (13, 14, 18, 22, & 24) the set up of the house was perfect for us! The location was perfect, as it was only a few miles from town and a few miles to RMNP. The garage was wonderful because we visited in Dec/Jan and never had to worry about scraping ice/snow off of our vehicle. The first floor is the kitchen/den with a deck overlooking Mary’s Lake area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to cook (even spices) they provided full size shampoo/body wash in each bathroom, laundry pods for washing, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, etc! The second floor was perfect for our children with a Jack and Jill bath between the rooms, and the top floor had a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. The housing managers were extremely helpful with any questions or needs during our stay! Highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing retreat

This property was exactly what we hoped for and more. My husband and I, our two children and my mother stayed here for an extended weekend in October. The property is spotless, incredibly equipped for all needs and there is a fantastic view from every window! We enjoyed cooking and eating together, relaxing on the deck and by the fireplace and having a home away from home. The property is in a wonderful location; just a few minutes to town, RMNP, and Lily Lake. We enjoyed seeing wildlife right outside our windows and a quiet, restorative space. The property managers are amazing and we had great communication from start to finish. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, be aware that there are A LOT of stairs. There is no bedroom on the walk in level, so that may be taxing for certain people. Overall, a wonderful experience!!
