Mini vacation

First time being at Virginia beach we had a very good experience,nice place to stay very close to everything..... We had the opportunity to walk around to explore the place. Charles is a very good host .

The place is ok and convenient. Although, it is not My favorites. one view of the window is on the parking and garbage and the other is between two buildings. The pans to cook are rusted. The bathroom door does not close. The only avantage is that it is 5 min to the beach. The owner was not flexible for any refund. I had to drive in the Debby hurricane to arrived and stay in the rain during my time there.

I had a great 3-night stay. The unit was comfortable, with many amenities provided. I appreciated having a parking space specifically designated for the unit.

Can’t beat the location and the host Charles is super attentive and accommodating! Lots of bars and great restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in VA beach!

First time to Virginia Beach

We booked a 2 week stay in VB. Having never been there before, Charles was amazingly helpful with food and entertainment recommendations! Whenever we contacted him with questions or concerns, he responded within minutes. Impeccable host, could not ask for better! Property is only minutes away from the beach and boardwalk. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great cozy place to stay

Everything was very nice, and Charles was great with communication and willingness to help, even meet in person. Be aware there's no room for more than 2 people to eat, maybe some fold-up tray tables would be a good idea for additional people to have a place to eat while sitting. And, Charles will send you the door access code just a few hours before arrival - for people who like to plan well in advance of arrival, be aware of this. Thanks very much!

Perfect little condo 1 block to the beach/boardwalk. Updated, clean and easy access. Great communication with the friendly owner, who wants to make sure you’re all set for a pleasant stay! Highly recommended.

Great time at the beach

Nice small condo a block from the beach. Perfect for the wife and I. Attentive owner who made some good recommendations. Plenty of restaurants and music within walking distance. We went out and about to eat where the locals eat as well as eating on the strip. I always prefer a condo to a hotel because you can make breakfast and get to the beach. Place was clean and well appointed. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed here with our newborn. The apartment was very clean and it had all the essentials, such as bath towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies. It’s very close to the beach and all the different restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable, especially after a long day out on the strip. Charles was & is a really great host, checking in on you to see if you need anything while also not bothering you so you’re able to enjoy your stay.

Great fit for our family of four

The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach, shops and resturants. The owner did an excellent job with communication and making sure our stay went well. We would recommend this rental for couples or smaller families with younger kids.

Great Location

This is a small apt that is walking distance to the beach/boardwalk. Cute decor but had an off odor (air purifier and air refreshers present). Floor had not been swept but we did find a broom. Dirty sponge left in kitchen. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. A new mattress is needed (no support). Opened the futon and the mattress was stained. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking was tight. Communication with owner was good. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.
