Welcome to Casa Allegria!

Unique, charming, 1930's historic Spanish hacienda style large house in Talmadge/Kensington . All build around a tranquil totally private central courtyard with a fountain pond, no outdoor fireplace. Great for groups.

Guests say reminded them of a vacation house in Palm Springs.

Sleeps 8

In central San Diego but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Great restaurants and coffee shops etc 2 mins away in Kensington. 5 mins to freeways to downtown, beach etc.

If you're looking for quiet, private house with plenty of comfortable living space inside and out but still accessible to everything, this will be perfect.

All upscale and designer furnished. Bright and airy. Home was recently completely renovated. Huge chef's kitchen. Big Living room etc. Lots of open living space inside and out.

Beamed ceilings throughout. Large chef's kitchen, multiple entrances. Central courtyard with a pond and seating. You'll never want to leave.

I also love to provide guests with suggestions on things to do, and great restaurants in my home city!

More geared towards adults looking for a retreat or families with older children. Please note the property is not babyproofed or suitable for very young kids due to steps, floors, pond in courtyard and desert/succulent/cacti landscaping

Excellent Property

This was the perfect home for our family’s long weekend visit to San Diego for our daughter’s college graduation. Ample room to hang out together indoors and out. The house is as you see it in the listing, lovely, though it was larger than we expected. Would definitely stay again. Host is quick to respond. Loved it!

Clean, Update, & Tastefull

My siblings and I, along with our spouses really enjoyed our stay at Casa Allegria. The home was very clean with updated amenities, and had several great spots for the family to gather and enjoy each other’s company. With a quintessential Southern California vibe, the Spanish style ranch home made us feel like our San Diego experience was complete. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely lovely home.

Totally in love with this property. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Great location, gorgeous neighborhood one of the best places we have ever stayed. Super, cute home with everything you could possibly need or want. Great for older kids and adults, not littles. We would move in if we could.

Everything was as displayed. The courtyard was a hugh benefit, we sat outside and were able to visit every morning and evening. It was quit and peaceful . Host responded quickly to a minor ceiling fan issue. We had 8 adults, plenty of space and beds. Will stay again next time in SAN DIEGO Will not even look at other properties. This is a super family place.

Incredible stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Adam and Nick's place over the Christmas holiday. Their home is absolutely stunning and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super sweet neighborhood, great restaurants and coffee nearby, and in an ideal location for getting to various parts of San Diego. We look forward to booking again the next time we are visiting family in San Diego. Highly recommended!

Property was beautiful and lots of room, great open space. We felt as if we were at a 5 star resort. Kitchen had everything you needed. I love to entertain and this property was perfect. We will be back.

Adam was an Awesome Host!

Adam has been very kind and helpful throughout our time here at his Space. He truly trusts us to take care of his villa and that made us feel safe as well. Talmadge is a VERY quiet residence. My 8 friends and I were playing board games around 11:00 pm and we received a complaint from our neighbors saying that we were too loud that night. If you are thinking about bringing a group of 5 or more people to this space, PLEASE be aware that you will have to be strict with being quiet! Other than this, the house was amazing and it exceeded a lot of our expectations! It was a beautiful space that really made us not want to leave the house to go and explore San Diego! Awesome stay, would definitely come again!

Shangri La in San Diego

Beautiful Gardens. Gorgeous furnishings. Professional Kitchen. If you have a group of 4-8 that wants to relax and refresh, this is your house. The host is helpful, the house has a great layout, and you can prepare your meals in a JennAir Kitchen. The cute village of Kensington is a 10 minute drive if you need a restaurant. We rented this house for my son's spring break and we were pleasantly surprised with this spanish style house with the private courtyard. There was enough space, tables, and chairs for our group of 7 people to lounge around and have our meals. We enjoyed sitting in the patio and the courtyard. Adam was super helpful as well and so kind! He allowed us to get an early check in and checked with us regularly to make sure everything is OK. Such a pleasant place to stay for the family of the size like us.We all wish we could renting again for future trips.
