The dolphin anniversary

We had the best time on this trip! We watched a pod of dolphins playing in the ocean, not once but twice! Absolutely beautiful!

Best host and rental

We have stayed in lots of VRBO rentals and Steve has been the best host we have rented from. Communication was top notch and the property was very clean and perfect space for family of 3. Looking forward to our next stay.

Lovable, intimate space for a small family!

This condo was pristine and tastefully furnished. Be cautious about the ceiling fan in the headspace of the upper bunk! The owner was responsive and on the ball.

Truly Enjoyed Our Stay!

The property was just as advertised. There were only 3 of us, and we had plenty of room for sleeping and just hanging out -- which we did very little of because we were out enjoying walking on the beach and traveling around the area. The owner communicated very well with us and was very friendly and kind. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo!

Communication from the property manager was stellar and timely. Anytime I had a question he was quick to call or text me back. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. Everything we needed was provided and then some. We were able to use their beach chairs. Access to the beach was easy through the building directly to the boardwalk!. There are lots of amentias at this resort. I did not use any of them just because it was a short 2 day trip and I was there for the beach. The resort is close to everything in AB within a 5 minute drive. I would 100% stay here again

Honeymoon Stay

We had a great time while down in Atlantic Beach. The place was super clean which is really important to me! It’s really close to the water which is also nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to the area and I hope to be back soon!

Best room so far

We’ve stayed here 3 times and this room has been the cleanest/most accommodating by far. Supplied us beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, tons of towels, bathroom supplies, even some complimentary drinks and snacks. The hosts really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. Stayed with my wife and our 3 kids under 5. 1st floor room is great for access to beach and your car. Highly recommend for anyone staying on this property!

Hosts thought of everything!

We already knew A Place at the Beach was nice but this condo was amazing. The place was neat and organized. It had everything a person could need including lounger chairs and boogie boards. The host checks in to be sure all is well. I would highly recommend any one of the properties this host has.

Family beach long weekend

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with supplies including beach chairs, towels and sand toys. The first floor location was perfect for the beach or pool but a bit of a walk however it was close to the parking lot for loading and unloading which was more important to us as that was the hardest part. Steve was a great host. Definitely hope to do this again next year.

A place at the beach is a family fun place to go. We used the indoor and outdoor pool and putt- putt. Our host Steve was great. We took our 3 granddaughters ages 2, 4, and 6 and they had a really fun time. It was hard to get the older girls off the water slide. Quick access to the beach too. The staff are friendly the place is always clean I plan on returning.

Great family place

This was a great property for our family. Private access to the beach and the pool was great. Kids loved the water slide. The condo itself was very clean and just as pictured. Our host was very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The Cleanest Place

We really enjoyed our time here. This place was so clean. It is on the beach. Cant see the beach from this unit but the boarwalk to the beach is a really enjoyable safe clean walk. Ammenities galore. Excellent location. Host couldnt have been any better. Very clear communication and I feel he really went the extra mile!

Atlantic Beach 2024

We went to the MCAS Cherry Point Air Show and made a vacation out it at the beach. It was great. We utilized the beach, pools and hot tub. The owners communication was excellent. They texted me with important information throughout our stay. Thank you.

Sweet Family Gem

Great stay for family of 5 while we were visiting Swansboro. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed, decor was darling and it was clean. It's a quick walk to an amazing beach and the indoor/outdoor pools were awesome. Fam enjoyed mini golf, basketball hoop, waterslide and tennis courts. Property is well kept and we hope to be back. Book your stay today, you won't be disappointed!
