This one has everything that you need. 2 pools, and easy Sugar White Sand beach access. Views of Old River and Ono Island all the way to Flora-Bama, from here you can see Caribe, Tacky Jacks, the deep waters, and the Gulf of Mexico. In Suite Laundry, tons of space to relax and a huge balcony to enjoy.

2 Co-Hosts are at your service during your stay, and maintenance # will be in your instructions when you book.

There are great biking trails, and you can get almost anywhere by boat.
There is a 2 car limit for parking, and parking passes are $50 per stay for 2 vehicles. No discount for only 1 car. Paid online at condo management’s website.
Boat/trailer parking passes are $50 per day or $300 per week and granted on a first come-first serve basis. If you plan on bringing your boat, please let us know as early as possible, as the HOA has forms that must be completed and require payment prior to issuing the boat passes.

ON ARRIVAL - There are BLUE parking passes to fill out in the lobby by the elevators, and these are to be put in your dash.
Both registration on the site, and blue passes on arrival need to be completed.
2 Car limit
Boat/trailer parking passes are $50 per day or $300 per week and are granted on a first come-first serve basis. CAN ONLY BE APPROVED IF DOCUMENTATION IS SUBMITTED AND SENT AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. CANNOT consider boats or boat passes less than 7 days in advance of submission due to complex rules. Boat and trailer parking is permitted in the boat yard only.
There are three buildings, SE, SW, and the North building that is North of Perdido Beach Blvd on the Old River side of the road, and your pass designates which building you should park in front of, The North Building. There are not specifically assigned parking spots.

- No smoking anywhere in the property or on complex premises unless in areas with approved postage.

- Please be respectful of neighbors during your stay, and if you have any complaints or concerns from neighbors during your stay feel free to provide our contact info and let us deal with any issues so you can enjoy your stay and leisure!
- For any and all amenities offered, renter is required to obey any posted rules and guidelines or otherwise noted. Renter may lose the right to occupy the rental if incidents with the complex or other residents occur against requirements, hinder our relationship with an entity, or cause significant disturbances brought to our attention.

[Reservation Holder]
It is required that the named reservation holder is one of the occupants staying in rental, and you may be required to verify prior to check-in.
[Booked Guest Count]
Booked Guest Count must be accurate to the best of your ability, and can be altered prior to arrival. We reserve the right to require correction, withhold access, or cancel your reservation if you arrive with a significant excess of a guest count, or is otherwise brought to our attention. Necessary accommodations will only be prepared for the listed amount of guests.
[Communication]
All communication and concerns need to be communicated to us directly, and us ONLY. DO NOT inquire to on-site staff. On-site management requires us to coordinate our own guests and is not to be bothered with your inquires as they cannot assist you directly. To protect this relationship and requirements for all of our guests, you may be asked to vacate the property if this is not followed to a certain degree.
[Pets]
No Pets allowed. No Exceptions. Pet free complex.
[Payment Processing]
Refunds requested by the traveler, and cancellations initiated by the traveler, may be subject to forfeiting the payment processing fee (~3%) depending on the booking platform used for payment that has been collected directly by us. Payments made to channels are will be based on that entity's policies.
[Early/Late Check-In/Out]
Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand. We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:

[Damages]
• If renter damages the home or any of its belongings, renter may be charged
up to the full amount of any needed repair/replacement of items or conditions.
• The renter will be responsible for reimbursing expenses to replace/repair any items/contents of the rental that are not returned/present on check-out or
damaged requiring replacement.
• The renter is responsible for any additional cleaning expenses incurred that are not due to normal wear and tear, or standard use of the rental.
[Holdover]
• Failure to Vacate the Property within 30 mins of Check-Out Time/Turnover Crew’s arrival after Check-Out Time: $50
