Located next to the Fredericksburg civil war park in very quiet and tree filled 2 acres land on a dead end street. You can take 5 minutes short walk to access the park and enjoy more than 10 miles of historical beautiful federal civil war park paths for biking or walking. Or you can just stay in the house and relax with the tranquility hearing bird songs, doing some outdoor cooking on the seasonal pool deck, relax in the sauna, and/or take a leisurely walk around the house on the circular drive way. Or you can visit charming historical Fredericksburg downtown, very walkable, filled with restaurants and shops, George Washington boyhood home, Kenmore (George Washington sister home), and/or Rappahannock river walking path. They are only 15 minutes’ drive away. One can enjoy commuter train day-trip to Washington DC. The train station is only 10 minutes away.
1. Detailed chargeable items related to the property damage such as permanent stains on the bedding items are listed in rental agreement item 3.
2. Swimming pool is only open from Memorial day weekend through Labor day weekend. Guest need to provide firewood. They are available from Lowes nearby.
3. The pool is not heated, replastered in 2021, and well maintained.
4. The sauna is open year around.
5. A hard copy of the rental agreement will be available in the house.
6. If the rental agreement document is not available for download or review in the house rule section as "rentalagreement.pdf", you can contact the host to get one. Sometimes it happens due to VRBO. But if you finish booking, you will get one in the confirmation email or message.
6. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed but it sits against wall and the room is little tight.
