This apartment is perfectly arranged and can accommodate up to 4 people.
A beautiful, very bright living room with a coffee table, a TV screen, a dining table, a desk and above all a generous comfortable sofa bed.
A separate bedroom with a large wardrobe to store bathing suits and evening wear!
An independent kitchen with everything you need, especially an Espresso and Filter coffee maker, but also small appliances, and many other kitchen classics. Everything is there !
Finally a bathroom and a toilet.

1 – Its location is simply Ideal. Everything is done on foot, you are in the center of everything and you can access anywhere in town.
8 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals and 6 from the beaches of La Croisette.
Nearby is the rue d'Antibes: legendary street for its many shops, restaurants and cafes.
6 mins. Cannes train station and shuttle to Nice Airport.

The keys will be delivered by hand during the opening hours of the agency from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as well as possible and I can even give you addresses and good plans of the moment!
Outside the opening hours of the agency you will have to contact us to follow our instructions, be careful late arrivals will be charged.
I can offer private concierge services such as airport shuttle, housekeeping services, luggage storage services, or tourist activities. Please contact me for more information.

Less than 10 minutes walk from the accommodation:

Departures will be at 10:00 a.m. We can nevertheless agree on a departure between 9:30 am and 11:00 am depending on our availability. (Please note that we do not collect keys before 9:30 a.m.)
Late departures between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. will be charged 20€.
The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online when booking. (Amount of tourist tax: €4 per person per day)
A deposit of €300 will be requested for any reservation via the Swikly application.
Subscription to resort liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant's liability in the event of a claim and could in no way be the fault of the property manager.
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit or paid on site.
