Mar y Arena is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Seacrest Beach. The house is decorated in sophisticated, soothing tones and is located on the nature trail. The back porches over look the wooded path and create a peaceful, serene treehouse feeling. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for preparing great meals, or, if grilling is more your style, there is a custom gas grill on the screened back porch. Easy, beautiful walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, or take one of the 4 (adult) bikes for a ride to explore the area. If you have an extra large group, we also manage the house next door!

The Best Place We Have Stayed
This house was absolutely for my whole family! Everything was clean and exactly what we needed. The host was SUPER responsive and helpful. I can’t get over how this house was the best we’ve stayed at at the beach. Super comfortable for all and child friendly. We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Will be booking again.

My girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful home recently and had the best time! The house is gorgeous, felt very clean, and is a great location. We loved that there was a shuttle service we could take to and from the beach access. 100% would recommend this home to anyone!!

Beautiful place for our family to gather while our son got married over the weekend. House is very spacious with everything you’ll need for family meals, beach excursions and restful sleep. The Seacrest area is a short walk away from the best of Rosemary Beach. We were .4 miles from The Pearl and a shorter trip to the beach. Loved this place!

House is amazing! Very spacious and well stocked. Beds were cozy! The location to the beach was literally down the road from the house. We rode our bikes there every day! Just know that you have to park the bikes across the street from the beach and then walk. Took us maybe 6 min in all to get to the beach. Beach this time is super crowded. You need to get up early and claim your spot or rent a set for the time you will be there. Beach attendants open at 9, but get there early because a line does form. We were allowed an early check in! Big plus 😀 A few recommendations: Send the link for the parking passes and bracelets prior to check in to fill out. We were told to call security when we arrived and we could get them at that point. Took us a good while to figure out where security was. (It’s in a tower by the main pool, had no clue how to find the main pool since it is hidden in the middle of property) . A map of the neighborhood would be a great addition to the house binder. We had no soap in the bathroom dispensers. Not a big deal, but would be nice for housekeeping to replace or leave a small bar on the counter. We will be back. This home is more beautiful than the pictures. If you are looking for space and location, you can’t beat it.

Loved this home, location and property manager. Highly recommend.
Home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and a 15 month old. Easy walking everywhere. Enjoyed the bikes on property. The tram was great. Call ahead! And the beach was gorgeous. Home was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Great house, great community, WAY TOO CROWDED
House and host were terrific. The "private beach" was absolutely terrible. It was extremely small and impossibly crowded. Literally had to tiptoe and turn sideways just to move. The large pool was much the same. Wall-to-wall people at all times. Worst experience; lifeguard manager removed the towels and personal belongings from every chair/lounge around the pool if he determined that someone had not been present. This created dozens of extremely hostile confrontations between guests as they did not know or understand why the lifeguards did this. Everyone understood the "no reserving chairs" rule, but we personally left for 20 minutes only to come back and find people sitting in our "former" chairs. Same lifeguard manager was aggressive, immature, and threatened to remove multiple families from using the pool. Ownership needs to address this as well as the inadequate beach and pool and guest ratios. Both pool and beach are impossibly inadequate for the needs of this lovely community.

The house is well appointed and the kitchen well-stocked. Lots of extras. Clean as a whistle, very responsive host, spacious home. We enjoyed the location between Rosemary and Alys. We rode our bikes everywhere, even to the beach.

From exploring the nature trails right out the back door, to smart TVs for watching your favorite shows, preparing a fantastic meal in the huge kitchen or on the built in grill, enjoying the breezes on one of the four porches, or heading out to explore the shops, dining options, resort style pool or white sand beach, you’re sure to have an amazing coastal getaway! Mar y Arena is a small dog friendly home, with approval and non refundable pet fee. Please mention your dog when you request to book. Please note, the house allows 0NE, approved dog, with a non refundable fee. An additional dog may be allowed with prior approval and additional fee. Any unapproved pets will void the rental agreement and incur fees and immediate removal from the property with no refunds. We require that furry guests be vaccinated and on flea/tick preventative. Please clean up after your pet, follow the leash law, and do not take your dog on the beach, as they’re not allowed on Walton county beaches. There is a small dog friendly area of Panama City beach near Pier Park shopping.
