- an american kitchen fully equipped, with an oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, hobs, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and all the necessary to cook

Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a cupboard, a chest of drawers, a desk and a wide mirror
- a shower room with a basin, a small storage cabinet, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and WC
 

Apartment equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

All linen is supplied (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.
 

Extra fees :
Late arrivals, supplements apply:

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,
50€ between 10pm and 11pm,
80€ after 11pm.

Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.
Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

Sundays and public holidays:
If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.

Cleaning:
The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks. 
If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance. 
Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.

Thank you for your kind understanding
