The 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home is located in a small, quiet subdivision on Lake Travis, with easy access to the lake and a marina with boat ramp and overnight storage for boats and trailers. The 1,800 square foot interior boasts a two story living/dining area with floor to ceiling windows, a large stone fireplace, flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a rustic wood dining table. The well-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Saltillo tile covers most of the first floor, with a carpeted first floor bedroom that sleeps six in two comfortable bunk beds and separate access to the deck. A full bath with walk-in shower and a small laundry area complete the first floor amenities.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and a small seating area, with large glass doors that open onto a small balcony. The loft area includes plush seating, a work desk, and another flat screen TV. The large upstairs bath has a double sink, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

After spending the day on the lake, settle into one of several comfortable chairs on the deck with a glass of wine and grill your favorite meal on the gas grill. Or cozy up with a blazing fire just a few short steps from the deck.
