Within the full kitchen, you’ll find all the cookware and dishware you need for preparing your family’s favorite meals. Flat-screen TVs can be found in the living room and both bedrooms and with free Wi-Fi throughout, you’ll have everything you need to unwind when you aren’t lounging on the beach.

Resort amenities include a beachfront pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, and lazy river. Beach service is also available for rent during the season! Book with us now to secure your spot on the sand.

My Stay
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice, clean & comfortable. The only problem we had was that the door wouldn’t lock. When we were there it wasn’t a problem because we could lock the dead bolt. But when we would go out we could not lock it. I reported this to the check in desk as well as the sales person that offered me a discount to extend my stay via email. But no one ever called me nor came to repair it. Other than that it was the perfect stay.

Splash Resort was great! The room fit us just right and had amazing views. The only complaint I had were the elevators were super slow. Had to wait a while for them. But everything else was great!

Great stay!
Excellent spot for families with kids. The splash pad and pools are great. Only two small inconveniences are lack of elevators and the pullout couch, which was not comfortable at all. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back.

Property was great. I love the bar with food at the East Tower. Bartenders were amazing and helpful. Ice Machines located in both towers. The unit was clean, well decorated, located across from the elevator (which was great) corridor noise was not a problem at all. Balcony had a great view of the Sunset. The unit was perfect for our family of 5.

Disappointed
First, let me say that I would give The Splash Resort another chance. It was nice (theoretically) to stay in a condo versus a hotel. The water park portion was charming, and the pools and lazy river were enjoyable. The room we stayed in was VERY disappointing. Where to start? The mattress in the master suite needed to be replaced about 5 years ago. There were 2 visible valleys in the mattress where the human bodies go, and neither my husband nor I were able to sleep for the 3 nights we stayed there. It's hard to sleep when you're "inside" a mattress instead of on top of it. The master suite bathroom had only half of the lightbulbs working, which made the bathroom dark and weird. When it came time to take a shower, we were almost functioning in the dark, even in broad daylight. We ended up leaving the shower curtain open to try and get some light in there, which of course made a mess on the floor we had to clean up. The guest bedroom is on the front of the unit, adjacent to the elevator and walkway, and the window there had broken blinds (a section of blinds was missing) and no curtain. I went outside to check, and sure enough, you could see the entire room from the outside. Which means anyone who cared to take a peek could watch my children sleep (!!!). The TVs were connected via satellite, which meant that during our rainy, cold trip to the beach, we couldn't watch TV in the time that we weren't able to be outside. And the straw that crippled this particular camel was the fact that the washing machine didn't work. My husband and I both tried ALL the settings multiple times (we intentionally didn't bring enough clothes, knowing we would be able to wash what we were bringing), and water never entered the machine. We were there 4 days with dirty clothes from day 2. There was very little to commend about this unit, and our vacation felt pretty ruined since it was raining most of the time and being inside the condo was miserable too. Waited 2 years to take a vacation... for this.
