We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Downstairs has a nice, open floor plan with a very comfortable sofa. The kitchen is well stocked and had plenty of glasses and silverware, but I don't think there would be enough bowls and plates for everyone the home can accommodate.
It rained the majority of our stay, so we made good use of the air hockey and pool tables. My daughter enjoyed the 2nd floor sitting area with the small desk, sofa, and TV. What would traditionally be the master suite is located on the 1st fl. This has the largest walk-in closet, double sinks and a tub/shower in the bathroom, and sliding doors out to the deck. The bed is a queen memory foam mattress. What the owners are calling the master suite is on the 2nd fl. It has a smaller walk-in closet (but still plenty of space for vacation clothes), a single sink and shower in the bathroom, and a king bed with a traditional mattress. These are the only rooms our family stayed in.
The one garage bay was made into the game room. The other garage bay is not available to guests, so all parking is outside.
The home has radiant heat, which I imagine feels wonderful in the winter. We stayed in the summer. The 2nd fl AC is controlled by the thermostat. The 1st fl has 2 split air conditioners with remotes that you can control.
Our only real issue during our stay was that guests do not have the ability to change the temperature. The thermostats are locked. You must contact the property manager if you want the temperature changed. I understand that they do this because of bad experiences with other guests, but it still is aggravating that they trust you with their home but not with the thermostat. When we first arrived, it was 79F in the house. Another day at bedtime, it was 77F. After some argument with the property manager telling me how the thermostats are a few degrees off and me telling her that it's too hot for my daughter to get to sleep and we need the AC on, we eventually got it settled. It could have been avoided if we controlled the AC.
Also, there is no playing music outside, which was a bummer while using the hot tub.
