Four modern private Villas managed by its owners with a passion to make your stay memorable. Our Villas has been individually design with a minimalist concept, details that may be tiny but thoughtful with a luxury feel, finding a balance between private and shared spaces, allowing you to see and enjoy nature from your own private Villa.

At Villas Kalei we believe in contributing to preserve the environment, supporting our community, nature and wildlife. Villas Kalei is committed to minimizing our impact on the planet, we do it by using environmentally-friendly products, organic soap, shampoo and conditioner hand made in Costa Rica, non-toxic cleaning supplies. We promote water, power conservation and recycling.

To Book entire property please send us an email for quote. Property consists in 4 separate private Villas that sleeps 4 guests per Villa with private bathroom on each Villa and outdoor shower. The 4 Villas together accomodate a total of 16 guests, community kitchen, pool, 3 minutes drive to Playa Grande Beach.

Perfect for R & R

The owners, Jeisha and Marcos, couldn’t be any better as hosts. They maintain the property in spotless condition and provide just about anything a guest could need. A lovely pool, nice places to relax, a self-catering kitchen area with a stove, fridge, and all the implements necessary to cook with. The property is very secure and private parking is provided. Many delicious restaurants are nearby and the hosts are happy to provide recommendations. A fabulous spot to relax and unwind although excellent WiFi is available throughout the property.

Family business with a passion for sharing our little paradise and making your stay memorable! During one of our vacations we visited Playa Grande, Guanacaste and we fell in love with its beach, people and nature, surrounded by peace and tranquility.

Villas Kalei offer relax atmosphere and the tranquility for a perfect Vacation. Playa Grande, Guanacaste is internationally popular as one of Costa Rica best Surfing spots also belong to National Park Las Baulas which protects Costa Rica’s most important nesting site of Leatherback Sea Turtles. Just a three minutes drive from Villas Kalei you can enjoy a beautiful beach with fine pale sand backed by a coastal vegetation. Playa Grande beach has a sandy bottom and waves big enough to surf, but not big enough to prevent a comfortable swim. On the northern end of Playa Grande beach a trail behind the rocks leads to Playa Ventanas, a pristine beach that offers tidepools for snorkeling and bathing. On the southern end is the Estuary of the Rio Matapalo, that separate Playa Grande from the closest town Tamarindo you can only go across the river by boat they are called Pangas.
