The house is located on a large plot of 1360m² completely fenced, access to the property is in particular through an automatic gate. Children will thus be able to play safely while parents enjoy the large terrace equipped with garden furniture.

The house is ideally located 50m from the beach and the GR34 hiking trail. You will thus be able to take beautiful walks starting from the house, whether to the port of Argenton or on the tourist route.
