This vacation rental offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, as well as a parental suite (1 bed 140x190) with adjoining shower room, then a separate toilet. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed, 2 90x190 beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. - Outside: an enclosed garden with terrace (being furnished) facing south/west. Free street parking. Possibility to store bicycles in front of the gate at the entrance of the cottage. The owners live next door (but no vis-à-vis between the 2 houses). Welcome to Auray, a charming city full of charm! Stroll along its cobbled streets, visit the mythical port of Saint Goustan and sit on the terrace of a café. On Mondays, the market 400 m from the cottage, the largest in Morbihan, is worth the detour to discover local products. The town also has a large leisure offer: cinema, swimming pool, tennis, indoor playground, escape game... enough to keep young and old busy! From the cottage, the expressway is only 5 minutes away to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Locmariaquer, Carnac and discover the magnificent wild coast of Quiberon.
