This one floor stand alone house Villa is stunning!!!! It is located in the beautiful Windsor Palm Resort and has been totally renovated and professionally decorated. It is our belief that it is the most beautiful house on the resort. No expense was spared. Mickey and Disney themed and yet elegant and spacious. This house is amazing! From its 3D walls to its amazing gaming media room with floating LED ceiling, you will really feel like you are at a luxury resort.

We have thought of everything . You have your own private sunny pool and shaded Lanai with beautiful seating and outdoor TV. However, you also have access to the Olympic sized Resort pool which is located right around the corner. This resort has so many amenities - Olympic sized pool, outdoor kiddie water play area, hot tub, playground, tennis courts, sundry convenience store, tiki bar that serves drinks and food, barbecue area, fitness center, business center, volleyball courts, basketball courts 56 seat cinema, arcade and 24/7 guarded and gated.

Don’t Look Anywhere Else!!! Perfect Palace!!

This property is fabulous!! The Game Room is the best I’ve stayed in during 15 years going to Disney! Heidi is so responsive and kind. Dan…property manager…is WONDERFUL! Together, these two will make your stay the best. It’s the best location anywhere!! Take Sherberth Rd. off Rt. 192 and go in the back door to ALL PARKS and come home the same way! This house is a beautiful ranch…no steps. Safe beyond compare It’s worth every penny. Book it NOW!

Kissimmee Family Meet-Up

My husband and I and brother and sister-in-law spent a couple days here when our family was in town at another property. The house was as listed, beds were super comfortable, neighborhood was great for walking. Would stay here again if in the area.

Loved the house!!

The property was as described. The communication was very prompt and efficient. Definitely select the pool to be heated. Keep in mind that regardless of mileage distance Orlando traffic can be heavy. But overall very good location to Disney parks.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

My family enjoyed a lovely Christmas holiday break at this home. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and secure. The convenient location makes it easy to access resort amenities, shopping, and local attractions. Heidi and her management team are thoughtful, responsive, and they go above and beyond to welcome their guests. We are grateful to have found this wonderful "home away from home" and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Property was exactly as listed very modern very clean perfect location

My family and I have stayed at many villas in Florida over the years, but this by far exceeded any of our previous rentals. To be honest we would find it hard to find a better home from home. In past years there has always been that one two or many things that you feel let down by. But not with this home it’s beautiful, clean modern, the gated community really adds to your peace of mind with children staying with you. The location in perfect for everything you need, the host was a pleasure to deal with. They have really made the effort to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will most definitely be returning next year. Thank you. 10/10

Phenomenal

One of the best properties have ever stayed in. House is exactly as pictured. In immaculate condition and super clean. Always of high importance to me but even more so in this covid day and age. Hedi the owner really can not do enough. Very attentive and happy to answer any questions at any time. Even when she’s on her own vacation!! The equipment required for infants was also in immaculate condition. If I could give 20 out of 10 I would. Welcome pack of food also a very nice touch! Can’t recommend this house enough

Absolutely perfect!!

This rental was just as pictured! It was in beautiful condition and the welcome package was awesome considering our very late night arrival. The property was very clean and everything was in working order. Our kiddos were definitely sad to head home, but I know we will definitely be back.

A vacation home you won't want to leave

Exactly what a vacation home should be. Clearly the owners put their whole heart into this home from the very comfortable high end furnishings to making sure every need you would have is addressed. It’s a welcome reprieve from busy theme parks. After spending hours amongst the crowds and characters you can escape to this luxurious and relaxing setting. Wonderful use of space, comfortable beds, laundry room, entertainment room and pool are just a few of the things that make this home spectacular. Owner is attentive and very responsive. A great overall value compared to other options. We cannot wait to book our next trip here!

Modern villa, very clean and ideal location for Disney

Highly delighted with this accommodation that has been recently refurbished by the owners. Ideal for families as it is very close to Disney. The swimming pool is a perfect size which my grandchildren really enjoyed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the island area is perfect for family meals throughout the day. Windsor Palms is a very safe, gated community clean and very quiet, 15 minutes from Disney and very close to all the restaurants on the 192. We didn't use the main pool but the facility looked fine for families. We were in contact with Heidi during our stay and she was extremely helpful and keen to ensure we were satisfied with everything and enjoying her villa. Would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to visit the Disney area.

This was a lovely home in a gated community and well located. The clubhouse was only a 3-5 minute walk away and was very well kept and not crowded, even on a hot day. The home itself was great, with a large kitchen, TVs in nearly every room and we were able to have the pool heated for some night swimming! The beds were very comfortable as well. Our host, Heidi, was very responsive to questions and the food items already in place (eggs, bacon, milk, water, cookies, chips) was really helpful after traveling late the night before. We spent most our days at Universal, which was a 25-30 minute drive; Disney would have been maybe 15? Would definitely stay here again!

Fun, immaculate, fantastic!

This property does not disappoint. Very, very clean. Pool heat worked wonderfully for our February stay! There is a sweet welcome kit waiting on arrival, a very nice touch. Our kids LOVED the foosball table and the xbox's in the entertainment room, and the adults loved that kids had a place to go when needed. :) The host is very responsive and welcoming, and eagerly addressed any issues we had very quickly. We did run into a couple of problems but none of it her fault, and she handled them immediately. The property is very convenient to everything you'd possibly need as far as groceries and restaurants go, and close to the parks too. We'd stay here again without hesitation!

Great House and Location

Amazing house, clean, modern, well decorated, fully equipped and comfortable for families. Great playing room for kids to enjoy, conveniently separated from the rest of the house. 2 master rooms and 2 extra rooms sharing a bathroom, so you can accommodate 2 families perfectly fine. Nice pool with barbecue. Quite and peaceful neighborhood, extremely well located near restaurants and shops, also minutes away from Disney parks. Last. It not least, The host super responsive. We had a great week, highly recommended.

Beautiful Single-Level Home

Heidi is a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive and did her best to make our stay an enjoyable one. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this property. The single level layout was exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted by a very nice bottle of wine upon arrival. Due to having a few rainy days, we stayed in quite a bit, so my daughters thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment room with huge 90+ inch TV and game consoles. The community is great for taking walks and the clubhouse had even more entertainment options available. Heidi checked on us to ensure that things were going well and she was very knowledgeable about the area in general, which was very helpful. I would recommend giving this property a try! It’s a wonderful place to make memories.

From Carrara marble and quartz to stainless steal appliances to two wet bar, 3 d walls and cool adult/kid playroom to 7 smart tv's... including one on the lanai. We professionally decorated it from top to bottom. Everything has been completely renovated
