Panoramic, Tranquil Views of Carillon Lake and the Resort Pool and Hot Tubs.

This 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath Condo was completely Renovated by the new owner 2021 and is a true Luxurious Oasis.

Carillon Beach Resort offers a Mile of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. The guests of the Sunrise Condo Building have exclusive access to the Resort Pool (adjacent to and viewable from this condo) which is a spectacularly over-sized pool overlooking Lake Carillon. The large deck area is accented with Palm trees and cobalt blue tiles and planters. The Resort Pool area also has two HOT TUBS under covered open-air structures overlooking Lake Carillon. Enjoy a dip in the pool and then relax in the hot tub while you enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Additional Carillon Beach Resort Amenities include: 3 additional community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. Pool Hours are from 8AM until 10PM and the pools are heated as needed.
There are also tennis courts, a full basketball court, play ground and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, General Store, and fabulous Baliage Salon and Spa and 3 restaurants. Property was fantastic. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Unit was stocked with all the essentials. Stand alone ice machine was a great convenience. Loved the pool which was literally next to our unit and also the view of the lake. Had a great time.

Spacious condo in a great community
We really enjoyed our stay! We love the open floor plan, as there was plenty of room for our family. I do wish there was an additional couch, but there was still enough seating. I had to work while on vacation, so the desk in the master bedroom was a plus. We enjoyed the community, the beach chairs, and fishing in the lake. Also received great customer service, the host always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again. always answered quickly.

Can’t wait to return
The condo was perfectly located near the pool, lake and beach. It was clean and well stocked and very comfortable for our family. It could easily accommodate more than one family comfortably. There are several shops, markets and restaurants close by. The addition of the beach loungers and umbrella were very much appreciated. We had incredible weather the whole time and spent every day at the most beautiful beach. We also appreciated the bbq on the back porch. There was even an ice maker so we always had plenty of ice! The owner was very responsive if we ever had any questions and the check in document she sent had tons of great information and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a comfortable and luxurious experience. The beds were comfortable and plush (1 softer mattress and 2 more on the firm end) good selection of throw blankets and pillows, and a reclining sofa made it easy to enjoy rainy days.

Perfection
We are headed home from a week stay. Such a spacious condo. The location simply can’t be beat. You literally walk out of the condo to the pool and pond (which my 6 year enjoyed fishing in). Quick walk to the beach, but we rented a golf cart to cruise around the community. We will be back!

Great Space Great Location - Just like the pictures
We had a great stay at this super spacious condo. There was 4 of us and it was great having the ensuite bathrooms in each of the 3 large bedrooms. Appliances are high end and in great condition. Open kitchen/living space looking out to patio and lake view. Plenty of cabinet / pantry space. Ice maker was super convenient. Just wish that the resort pool was open. If was shut down the 2nd day of our stay - no biggie as it was chilly. The 2 hot tubs were perfect and a part of the resort pool. We will definitely contact Ronna to book this condo again!!

Wonderful first floor condo next to the pool. Condo was spacious, clean and pretty much stocked with everything you need! Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Loved the bright white kitchen and all decor. The property manager was one of the best with communicating everything you need to know. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Perfect beach stay!
We loved our stay in this beach property! It’s a short walk from the beach walk-over (about a 3-minute walk to the beach), which we loved! There are several pools on the neighborhood, with one large lap pool and 2 hot tubs right beside this condo. This property is on the first floor, which was super convenient. I’d highly recommend this property for a perfect 30A beach stay!

Great location, Great beach
We really enjoyed this newly renovated condo, especially the kitchen and living space that was great for our large family (6 adults, 1 toddler). The location on the ground floor, right by the pool, was very convenient for either a swim or for sitting on the spacious patio with a lake view. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk through the housing community, and had plenty of space and white sand. It was noticeably less busy than neighboring beaches. The multiple community pools were a nice perk as well. The property host was very responsive and accommodating - we would be excited to return to Carillon Beach again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager is very easy to contact and responds quickly. The place is in a great location. The kitchen is very well stocked. It's in a great vicinity of the pool with a very short walk to the beach. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Great spacious condo!
We enjoyed our trip very much. We come here yearly and it is our first time staying in one of the condos. It was equipped with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable, view was great and location very convenient to nearby pool. The layout was nice being a one story and on the ground level - hauling two small children to and from the beach and pool. There were smart tv’s in all rooms (we didn’t watch much but nice to have it there). The plantation shutters created a nice dark sleeping room and allowed the nice sunshine to come in the morning. Giving 4 stars because there were a few maintenance things we reported like clicking of stove, lights being out and mess on the patio, but I’m told the manager will have these things addressed. We do also hope the resort opens back up the green area for 4th of July festivities - which is why we come every year. This year it was shut down and the restaurants were not open every day. Also noticed the pool furniture falling apart and one of the hot tubs was not working- creating a crowded other hot tub. Overall a great experience and would recommend this condo!

Beautiful place
Condo is beautiful and as described in the pictures. Short walk to beach access and in a great location on the property. The food is very good at all three restaurants. There was an issue with the pool next to condo having a lock and gate code was needed. Owner was unaware and we had to get the code from another resident for access. The inside of unit was very clean; however, the back patio had a small pile of trash including broken pool noodles next to grill and back door. We would recommend this place.
