Stylish House sitting on the Best Swimming Hole on the Frio River

River Terrace House boasts a sunroom with picture windows looking out to the best swimming hole on the Frio River. The house is nestled under towering century old oak trees. Walk right out of the front yard to find the crystal clear water of the Frio River. This is one of the best stretches of Frio River for tubing, kayaking and swimming. Located one mile from Garner State Park. Large fully furnished kitchen and great outdoor patio spaces.

The house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.
The nightly rate is based on 6 people, each additional person is $30 per night
2 Full Bathrooms (one with a tub)
Bedroom 1 - 1 King
Bedroom 2 - 2 Queens
Bedroom 3 - 6 twin beds (3 sets of bunks)

Relax in the shady areas to barbecue, enjoy a campfire, pitch horseshoes, or watch the kids snorkel and fish. Take a stroll along the river and watch the fireflies come out in the evenings or star gaze from your porch!

WHAT TO BRING:
Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, river towels, kitchen towels.
These are available to rent in the regular season and off-season only. (Exceptions may be made depending on circumstances.) Contact us for more info.

PETS: There is a pet charge of $20 per pet, per night plus a $250 refundable deposit due at check in. (Deposit is refunded within 48 hrs after departure)
You must notify us that you will be bringing pets BEFORE your arrival at the property. Dog and crate inspection upon arrival. Pets must be kept in a crate when left indoors unattended and are not allowed on furniture and bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding your deposit will automatically be forfeited. Pets must be kept on a leash while outdoors. Owners must pick up animal waste from grounds or your deposit will be forfeited. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste and then dispose of it properly in your outdoor trash can. Dogs cannot be left unattended on a leash outside. If you do not abide by our pet policy you will be asked to leave, and a refund of your rental fee and the pet deposit will not be issued.

Pets are NEVER allowed to chase wildlife.

Please do not leave a one night opening between your reservation and the reservation before or after you. If you leave a one-night opening, we will call you after your reservation processes through the system, to adjust your reservation dates.
