This is the place to be for shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and convenience. Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall on Camelback has high end boutiques, IMAX Theatre, and a food court. You can also see the amazing Soleri Bridge which connects Old Town Scottsdale with Downtown Scottsdale and was designed by Paolo Soleri. Two favorite and casual food spots to check out are Uncle Sal's Italian Restaurant (grab a spot at the bar and meet some of the regulars) and Carlsbad Tavern (local hotspot with cavern rock features and waterfall on the patio). The hottest clubs can be found on Saddlebag Trail off of Camelback and the surrounding side streets. During the day you can catch games on the TV's and a bite to eat on the patio, and at night enjoy all types of music, dancing, and entertainment.
You are also minutes away from Arizona State University, Tempe Town Lake, Mill Avenue, Phoenix Zoo, The Botanical Gardens, and several outdoor activities like a hike on Camelback Mountain or Piestewa Peak. Great time! Easy rental!

Loved the spot. Perfect size for my son and I to reach out and explore the area. The bikes were awesome too! Spent a lot of time biking around Scottsdale, to/from dinner, etc. The pool was cold….but we honestly weren’t around enough to use it! Super easy rental - timely, accurate, and complete info on how to get in and all the details needed. Highly recommend.

Perfect VRBO experience

Our family came to the area for spring break and Scottsdale area was recommended. We have never stayed in the area before so we were not sure what to expect. The rental is in a great location to things to do, and traffic was easy to navigate. The rental was larger than we were expecting and gave our kids a lot more room than a hotel to move around in. The kitchen was well furnished and allowed us to eat a couple meals at the rental. Everything was clean, and orderly. Appreciated the staple items like plenty of TP, coffee pods, and dish detergent for our two night stay. The check in was easy, and check out was a breeze! No long list of housekeeping chores to complete before we left, which is hard to find with a VRBO.

Close to Old Town

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It has some renovations. Rental was very clean when we arrived. Lots of space and everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out on the private patio. We walked to Old Town in 10-15 minutes. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. This rental also had 2 bikes as well however we’re unable to use because 1 had a flat tire when we arrived.

Posh Pad Stay

Overall pretty good. Older Condo just a few blocks from Old Town. Location is convenient to Old Town and freeways. Renovated somewhat and furnished nicely inside; outside and grounds dated. Condo’s beds are comfy and condo was clean. Kitchen stocked appropriately. Parking is an issue, guest parking is virtually non existent due to spots being taken up nightly. There is one reserved parking spot and it is tight making it difficult to get and out with bags or grocery’s.

Fantastic

The property was great! We got more than we even expected! It was within a mile walk to old town Scottsdale where there are some excellent restaurants. At the place your car is in a private spot under an overhang! Inside it is clean and spacious. The decor is so fun, there is a picture of Chevy chase in the entry among other amusing paintings. There are 2 queen beds in the large bedroom with room for 2 chairs and a desk. There is laundry detergent, packaged toothbrushes and extra toothpaste too! The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Also the check out instructions were simple and did not make unreasonable requests. Would definitely stay here again

Great spot close to Old Town!

We had a great stay! So much better than any hotel room. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and the Barret Jackson Classic Car Auction. There was nothing about it that I would change!

The unit was nice, in a good location, the outdoor space was lovely. The unit was in need of a few supplies and maintenance items to be tended to. The property manager was outstanding! She was not only supportive and helpful, she was super friendly. She deserves a 5 stars

Lovely space, I would stay here again

We were in Scottsdale for work for 5 days and this was the perfect place for us. I was able to work in the mornings and easily walk to Old Scottsdale for some food and adventuring. Everything was clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. It was quite a charming spot, I would absolutely stay here again.

Scottsdale Trip

I have good & bad thoughts about this place. The beds were very comfortable and location was good, close to Old Town, Papago Park & ASU. The furnishings are fine and there are plenty of towels. When we arrived, the condo was very warm. I texted the management company and was told the condo association had turned off the chillers and there was no AC this time of year. Opened the windows and pulled 2 fans out of the closet. The first night was ok. The second day we returned to the condo and the heat was blasting. I again contacted the management company and this person told me to turn on the AC ? They said we were given incorrect info originally. Well, the AC did not work so we shut it all down. We were fine with fans and windows open until the last day. Temperatures went up and it was uncomfortable sleeping that night. I was sent a text after we had already gone to bed that the owner said there was a portable AC unit in the closet but they didn’t know how well it worked. Kuerig would not work so no coffee. And we killed a huge cockroach in the bathroom.

Great apartment near old Scottsdale

We had an excellent stay. Apartment was well stocked. It’s located within walking distance (15 minutes) of old Scottsdale, and near some great golf courses. The private patio was great to have your coffee in the morning or suntan in the afternoon. Overall we would highly recommend it.

Wanted to stay longer….

A great property! The patio was amazing. The unit stocked with everything one could ask for…even a foam roller - which was needed after conquering Camelback’s Echo trail. The location was ideal - access to trails, Old Town within walking distance. Shared the listing with friends and colleagues. Hope to return!

Girls Weekend

Overall a good experience. Good value for the money, esp if you want kitchen, washer & dryer etc. Building is older, and unit faces a busy street. The private patio is nice. We were coming to Scottsdale for a girls weekend and wanted a place with a kitchen. Laura has been absolutely amazing. Even brought us snacks one morning. Def don’t miss the Desert Botanical Gardens!! Old Scottsdale is a fun part of town. I would def recommend renting a car down here though. Not really a walkable city.

The property was in an excellent location. Easy to get where we wanted to go. The property manager helped us with the TV to get the football game on Sunday. She was very friendly and willing to help. We had a good stay.

Would certainly recommend this unit.

Loved the location. Easy to get around and near Old Town. The bath products (shampoo, conditioner & body wash) were nice and conveniently on the shower wall for dispensing. Enjoyed use of the bikes. Really enjoyed the ability to sit on the private patio to just sit and read and soak up some sun. The decor was very tasteful which one can see in the photos. The bar stools and counter are very convenient and the dining table is a great size, there was just the two of us and we were able to spread out our computers, maps, etc. One reason we chose this unit is because of the desk. It worked quite well for my husband to conduct some business. What we probably liked best of all were the mattresses. Not too soft for my husband and not too firm for me. Would love to know the brand -- maybe replace ours at home with this brand. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this unit for rental.

Wonderful location!

Professionally Managed VRBO. Unit was spotless and very well stocked with everything you could need. 10 minute walk to Old Town! Close to parks. Many shopping options. Great place for a couple visiting for a holiday get away!
