Quick trip

Condo was as described… clean and easy check in. Only complaint I would have is the AC did not cool very well especially in bedroom. But overall it’s a good place to stay

Nice weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the outdoor space and drank our coffee overlooking the golf course. We saw geese on our last day. Condo needs a little updating love and more lighting- seemed dark in bedroom and bathroom. Overall nice stay for a great price!

Dated, and very little sound proofing

2 issues. The worst is no sound proofing. If you aren’t on the top floor then you will absolutely hear your upstairs neighbor. They had children and the stomping would not cease. We could also hear them running up and down the stairwell. The second issue is it’s a little dated. The toilet is way too short and small, with little depth. Touched the inside of the bowl if that helps anyone understand what I mean. No fan in the bedroom meant air flow only when the ac kicks on. When you walk the floor creaks. Aside from these issues we enjoyed our time.

Great view

This condo was perfect for me and my 2 children. The neighborhood was very quiet. My children enjoyed the close proximity of the indoor pool that we used in the evenings. I loved the view especially at sunrise every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs.

It was a little dated but clean and great location on property. Short walk to the pool. Easy to get to all the activities we wanted to do as a family. Food at clubhouse cafe was delicious. Exactly what we needed.

Wonderful place

We went on a last minute trip my son and I, have been to Branson many times but had never stayed at royal point. We will definitely be bringing the whole family back. The pool area and other activities are great. I liked our condo was close enough to walk to the pool. Condo was clean. A little outdated but in good condition. Finding it took a min but then has no problems.
