Prime location to use as a home base for outdoor activities. Hot Springs is a great destination in all seasons! The weather is mild & roads are tended in the winter time. Restaurants and shops are open as well, & we love to hike the Lover's Leap trail on cool, sunny days while things are a bit quieter.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counters. Dining table seats 6 comfortably. Large smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Two rooms with oversized Queen beds and brand new extra soft sheets and bedding. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and XL twin bunk bed with plenty of bedding and adjacent bathroom. The living room has large oversized furniture for a comfortable gathering space.

Great back deck with a grill and beautiful Spring Creek just across the street. There is a firepit and cornhole game for guest use. In season, there is a large herb garden to spice up your meals. If you are looking for a getaway in downtown Hot Springs, this is the perfect spot. The Cottage is not too big, and not too small. Its just right
