Daughter's surprise 50th Birthday

We spent the 1st day touring the local wineries and celebrating with my daughter's friends who totally surprised her. The 2nd day was just my husband, daughter, granddaughter and great grandson who spent the day checking out the covered bridges and small town of Geneva, enjoying lunch at a 50's style diner in town. Played some lawn games in the spacious back yard and walked down the street to visit some horses. The evening was pizza, wings and subs from Rosemary's with left over cake, cookies and popcorn, along with movie night on Netflix. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you Dennise for your hospitality, the card and gift you left for my daughter and your beautiful, spacious and super clean house. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in Ohio wine country!!!!

Great getaway from Family wedding

House provided a much needed hideaway - we didn't get to enjoy the surrounding wineries etc but there are a lot and the colors were spectacular. House was just as it appeared in the photos.

Perfect home away from home

We have stayed at the Ware house many times. It is absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. The house is so clean and the grounds are so well maintained. Dennise is a wonderful host.

Perfect place to stay

This property was the perfect place for us. The house is newly remodeled and in pristine condition. Denise covered every detail. Backyard with fire pit is spacious and private, even has yard games provided. This is a great place for anyone taking in the wineries, there are many close by. Geneva on the lake is only a half hour away. Easy drive. We enjoyed our time here very much and would highly recommend the Ware House.

Perfect getaway

The host responded quickly with any questions I had and the property is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised that the host thought of everything and even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. I definitely recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

3rd Stay - Fabulous as always!

This is our third stay at the Ware House and we absolutely love it here. This house is so clean and there are so many personal touches that make this house feel like home. There were some new lovely additions to the house which was surprising because we didn’t think this house could get better, but it did! Dennise and Randy are wonderful hosts with great communication. I would recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely be back.

Perfect house in a perfect location!

This house has it all. We visited for a girls weekend to visit the wineries. This house is absolutely perfect. The cleanest house I’ve ever rented. So many special amenities and a gorgeous backyard with plenty of yard games. This has been the only place I’ve stayed at since 2021 and already booked for the fall. Dennise is an amazing host!

Home away from away

No reason for us to waste our time looking for another property when this one is so perfect. Dennise, the host, is wonderful and so helpful with suggestions around the area for dining. Second Time Around Was Just as Good as the First

My mom, sister and I stayed at the Ware House for the second year in a row for our mother/daughter getaway. Dennise is a wonderful host who thinks of everything. There are so many little touches throughout the house! The house is so well kept, it's clean and it feels like a home away from home. The landscaping is beautiful and everything is so well maintained. It's also in a great location close to so many great wineries and destinations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect! Cute property, privacy w/huge backyard.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay close to the venue this in the been absolutely perfect. Within five minutes of being in the property. My wife said I can see buying a new house. This is really nice. The house is very clean, well set up and all the little things where they need to be. The backyard is large in private, the sound of nature is everywhere. The property is very clean and easy to keep clean. The driveway is large, plenty of parking and room to turn around. The awesome game room, and selection of VHS tapes were perfect. This is the kind of place you could stay for a week or more it this very relaxing setting. As an added bonus - It’s located in the middle of wine country, Denise has directions at the property with several vineyards within a few minutes drive. If the property is available, book it their is no reason to have second thoughts. It’s properties like this that make Vrbo amazing! Great property, great host with perfect communication, great location too. It’s on our list of places to return too. Hope you enjoy this property!
