Didn’t get to stay

We didn’t actually get to stay at the property so I gave 3 stars across the board. 2 hours prior to check in we were notified the pipes were frozen and there was no water. While we were disappointed we didn’t get to stay and found out last minute, the host did everything they could to get in contact with us to let us know and fully refunded our stay.

Jazz music was playing when we arrived and the showers somehow never ran out of hot water even with so many guests needing to rinse off after a wonderful dip in the hot tub! The nearby towns also make for a cute exploration.

Great place for all ages

Both adults and kids enjoy the place. A lot of beds for reunion. Large space for kids to play and a lot of toys. Large kitchen area as well. Easy to go to beach and bike trails.

Wonderful Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is very spacious and very kid/teen friendly. The house is cozy and comfortable. The fire pit outside was perfect for camp fire and s'mores. The location is also great that we drove to the lake when it was sunny. Highly recommended, would go again!

The kids loved the downstairs area with the sleeping area/ entertainment area. This was needed because one of the days was pretty smokey outside from the Spokane fires. Family 40th bday

We rented this house for my husband's 40th with his sisters and parents and kiddos. It's a great house, lots to do, lots of room to roam. The couple downfalls...there is enough room for 4 couples BUT they have the 2 queen beds in 1 room so if you don't feel like sharing a room this may not be the house for you. Also, there is a camera on the front door inside the house that points into the main living area. This was an invasion of privacy to us.

Perfect place for a large family or group! Has everything you need and more!

First of the host was very helpful and easy to reach. This place was the perfect place for our winter family getaway. It has everything you need and more. The hot tub was great, game room and workout room was the highlight. The kitchen had every possible utensil and more. The rooms had really comfortable beds. Bunk beds worked great for the kids. The place was clean, and looked really nice (they just finished remodeling it a few days before we arrived). The property was big and offered privacy. The house is only a few minutes walk from the lake. This place is a great place for kids. Has all the entertainment to keep them busy and a big yard to explore and play around in. Overall our family had a really good time and we definitely recommend this place!

Awesome but could use a couple changes

The place was great and we had a wonderful time. There were two things I didn’t love-there is no bathroom downstairs, which I didn’t realize. So everyone sleeping in the big room downstairs has to use the little bathroom at the top of the stairs and in order to shower they have to use one of the showers in the rooms (there are only 2 showers which is not enough for a house that sleeps 18 people). Also the thermostat is upstairs in the hall and the basement does not have its own thermostat so since it was warm enough upstairs the heat wasn’t kicking on and it was FREEZING downstairs all weekend. Bring some space heaters for those that will be sleeping downstairs! Otherwise it was an awesome house with a giant comfy couch and we had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house that provides everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and welcoming! The kids loved the big toys downstairs that helped to entertain them during the cold weather. They never got bored. Our only complaint would be the inflexibility of the host to allow us to park just one more vehicle (6 instead of 5) on the property which has a parking lot large enough to park at least 10 vehicles. We reached out to request permission instead of just going ahead and parking the extra vehicle and they wouldn’t allow it. Which then meant we had to spend an hour driving all over town looking for somewhere to leave a vehicle and then worry about it getting broken into. This added an extra stress to our vacation that so easily could have been avoided if the host had been more reasonable.

Beware of additional charges if accidents occur.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great until my 8 year old got a bloody nose on our last night. She bled on the bedding and then I was charged extremely high charges to replace the bedding. For a twin sheet set was 55 dollars, fancy duvet was 95 dollars, and a twin size comforter was 65 dollars. I was also charged for some towels and wash cloths that they said weren’t washable but if they would have washed them it would have came out clean. So warning to all future guests, stay clear of using their supplied bedding and such because they will charge double costs for everything especially the duvets which is a fancy blanket. Also downstairs tvs do not connect to internet and one remote was already broken so unless you bring your own system to connect to tv they are not usable. The downstairs has no bathroom so you have to use the main floor bathroom. The kitchen was nice except one of the cupboards was off the hinges. We paid a high price for this place on the off season and then was charged an additional very high fee of 348 dollars to replace the bedding on a twin size bed so they said quality and they meant it.

Reviewer Comments: Although I appreciated Rental 365’s communication and customer service before and during our stay, we were left somewhat disappointed with the property considering the price we paid. The home did not appear as updated or well-maintained as the pictures suggested. Upon arrival, we found the decor and furnishings more outdated than expected. Several areas were in need of attention: the rugs were old, dirty, and not properly secured, creating trip hazards in multiple spots. The staircase had missing pieces, posing a potential fall risk, especially for small children. Under the furniture was not cleaned, and the fridge was dirty with broken drawers. The trash can lid was also broken, and there was leftover food in the pantry and cabinets.Additionally, a double oven, which we were counting on, was out of service, but we were not informed of this ahead of time. We followed the troubleshooting steps for non-working remotes, but still had issues with TVs downstairs. The hot tub was essentially unusable without an awning to protect from rain, which became apparent the first night we used it. The advertisement photos had shown an awning over the hot tub, so it was especially disappointing to find that was not the case. We also went without hot water for nearly a full day due to multiple power outages—while we understand this is beyond the owner’s control, it was still an inconvenience.While many of these issues were relatively minor and did not significantly impact our overall stay, the property did not meet our expectations for the price paid for four nights.
