Relax and enjoy a perfect beach vacation or hop on your bike and you are just minutes away from Grayton Beach or Gulf Place! This brand new condo complex is just .2 of a mile from 2 different beach accesses. Saturday to Saturday rental.

This condo sleeps 6 with a Queen bed in the bedroom, a set of bunk beds in the hallway & a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This new complex is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Hidden Lakes is also nearby to several of the coastal dune lakes that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, this complex is also near to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby. A few of our favorite restaurants are the Shunk Gulley, Local Catch, and Goatfeathers.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Family beach trip

Great location with easy, short walk to the beach. It’s close enough to everything but also out of some of the congestion that happens along other parts of 30A. It was the perfect spot for me, my husband and our 1yr old.

Condo was just fine…. Not amazing

1. We had rented Saturday to Saturday, but there were supposed to be bad storms on Saturday so I messaged, emailed, and called the rental agency to see if we could book Friday night to miss the storms, and never heard a word back about it. It ended up being fine because we just rented a hotel room in Pensacola, Friday night, but still annoying that no one even reached out to answer my question.2. The dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes, and it was not over stuffed. It took three 90 minute cycles. I called maintenance and they basically said to do smaller loads, but there was obviously something wrong with it. I spent way more time doing laundry on vacation than I should have.3. The washing machine also made black marks all over our clothes. Maintenance came and checked that out and said there was a black piece of plastic that was in there and he got it out. He then told me to run a load of their white towels and see if it was fixed. I feel like he should have done that himself instead of asking me to take time out of my vacation to check the washing machine. After that, one of the kids ran a load of laundry, not knowing, and it was obviously not fixed because there were black marks all over that load too.4. Other reviews said the upstairs neighbors were very loud, but I just thought they were being dramatic. They were not! I feel like the complex was very cheaply built because it literally sounded like you were in the same room with the people above you. So loud!

The condo above us was very loud. Banging and stomping outside of quiet time hours. It was very hard to sleep I was also charged twice for my stay and have no been reimbursed for the over billing

The condo was in immaculate shape, with everything necessary to have a great trip. One item I would suggest working on is the condition of the provided beach chairs. They were in rough shape. Technically sleeps 6 but with the pull out sofa there is barely any room to move around. Pool is mediocre located in the middle of the parking lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was very clean upon arrival! It was equipped with many things, including 2 coffee pots (one a Keiurg). We had a problem with the door lock not working, but the property manager brought us a key to use. We used the Spooky Lane beach access, which isn’t a bad walk.... Unless you’re carrying tons of stuff. The condo sleeps 6, but there isn’t a lot of storage for clothes and suitcases.

Beautiful Unit - Excellent Location!

We loved this unit and it had everything we needed. It even had beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that we didn’t see until we were leaving! It was a short walk to the beach access and several restaurants, bike rental companies, and shops were within easy walking distance. The only problem we had was entering the complex late at night upon our arrival. It was very dark and we missed where to turn within the complex. However, the rental management had someone on duty who was able to direct us. A map of the layout of the complex would have been extremely helpful.

Clean and convenient location

Condo was well appointed and very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Only negative was the the noise of the units. Specifically, the unit above ours was LOUD. Stomping, furniture movement - all was constant all day and night. Management co did provide wrong access code but promptly rectified.. Pool was convenient to this unit and overall a good place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was just enough for a woman traveling alone (would have been great for a couple, too). I felt safe in the ground floor unit, and it was nice not having to carry luggage up stairs. Very safe and quiet community - the neighbor even left their Yeti cooler outside their front door every night, and no one took it. 5 minute walk to the beach (Shunk Gulley beach access - I couldn’t find another one) and to great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!
