Beautiful Oceanfront home with spectacular panoramic views and direct access to Heceta Beach. This beachfront cottage is 800 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and perfect for those smaller gatherings. Sleeps 4 and is equipped with a Queen size bed and 40” Smart TV in each bedroom. The home is light and bright, tastefully decorated with wainscotting throughout and a newly renovated bathroom with skylight and beautiful floor to ceiling tiled shower.

The kitchen has an open concept fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen counter provides breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. Additional dining space is provided on an outdoor picnic table located directly off the kitchen.

*Please note the master bedroom provides a full-size closet, the 2nd bedroom has no closet, however, it has under the bed clothing storage and the laundry area provides a hanging rack that can be used by the 2nd bedroom.

Need larger accomodations? This property is shared with Heceta Beach Hideaway and is available to rent independently or together. Subject to availability.

Perfect beach house

This is our third time staying here, it’s perfect every time. When you walk in you’re just instantly happy. The house is soooooo clean, the view is beautiful and you have every thing you could possible need. We look forward to coming back again.

Never disappoints

Have stayed at Haceta Beachside a few times. Always clean and well stocked throughout the home. Beautiful views, even when the weather is stormy. Will be back!

Beautiful Spot by the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have quick beach access and beautiful ocean views. The house was very comfortable and well equipped for our family of four. The house was clean with a beautiful bathroom, laundry and a well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again should we return to Florence.

Immaculate and cozy

As others have mentioned, it's clear that there was a lot of thought put into stocking the house, from the dishes, utensils, and spices in the kitchen, to the helpful information about dining and activities, to the plush towels in the bathroom. It was like staying in a nice hotel but with the space and comforts of home. It was easy to get to the beach, and the views from the living room were stunning. 10/10

Picture Perfect

Heceta Beachside was a fantastic place to stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything one needed, immaculately clean and organized. The bathroom was stocked with care. Plentiful towels that looked professionally folded. We loved the walk-in shower. The views of the ocean could not be beat. The sunset views from the deck and front room windows were breathtaking. We will defintely choose Heceta Beachside for our future visits to Florence.

Wonderful Beachside Home

This is our second time staying at the Heceta Beachside home. It's a such wonderful home, very clean and well appointed. The master bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and very clean (I love all the extra touches). You can feel your stress melt away as you watch the ocean from the front deck, or while sitting inside on the couch. Michelle and Paul are very thoughtful and helpful hosts. The Beachside home is so nice and comfortable it makes your vacation even more special, and the location is close to Florence, Cape Perpetua, Yachats, and other great sites. Thank you, Michelle and Paul, for making our stay so fantastic. We can't wait to come back again!

Great getaway with our littles

We were so impressed with this home and the care of the property owners. They go above and beyond in providing a well stocked home with anything you could need, from band aids to book lights. They even include a lot of nice touches for little ones; our 3 yr old was so excited to find special dishes just for him. We appreciated the cleanliness and simple yet stylish decor, including plenty of space for us to make ouselves comfortable. The view and location couldn't be beat, we would definitely stay here again!

A small piece of paradise

This home is remarkable! It has all the amenities of home. The ocean view is breathtaking. The secluded beach was enjoyed tobthe fullest! The hosts are friendly and easy to contact. This is my top choice of places to stay when I visit Florence every year!! Already looking forward to next year!

Family weekend

We are returning guest, and we hope to continue this tradition. This is a perfect stop for a little family, on our way to visit family in California. The personal touches. Oh my.

After staying in all kinds of home rentals, it becomes apparent which homes are managed by companies and those managed by the owner. One way to tell is by the quality of the towels, or tools in the kitchen or the personal touches. This home has it all. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.
