Amazing Ocean Views House w/ Private Saltwater Pool - 5 BR-4 BA - Sleeps 13

Nicely decorated 5-bedroom, 4 bath home with inspiring views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). There are 4 large decks to take in the view of your preference with either a cup of coffee or cocktail of choice. From the ocean side, sit in one of the rocking chairs and watch the waves crash on the beach while the kids swim below in the oversized private saltwater swimming pool. (Pool can be heated for an additional charge). Decks have gates and yard is fenced. Professional landscaping with palms. Take a short 2-minute walk around the corner to the beach to feel the sand beneath your feet and enjoy the ocean.

The inverted floor plan provides amazing ocean views from the upper-level living room as well as the dining and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. There is a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and large 55” flat screen Smart-TV with DVD player in the living room. Cable TV and wireless internet included. Convenient outside hot/cold enclosed shower to rinse off after enjoying a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. Charcoal grill onsite. Plenty of covered parking and guest storage shed available at ground level. Linens and towels for total number of occupants are included - all beds are made. Non-smoking, no pets. Sleeps 13.

Great vaca!

Everything about the listing was as said. It was a great location around the corner from beach access and beach view from the back porch. We loved all the balconies with the outdoor table and pool area. It was great to have all their extra pool toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas available if needed as well. They had everything we needed! Only con some family members had we so many stairs to get to the main floor since bedrooms were on the 1st story. No issue still though(:

Great ocean vacation rental

Great vacation. Really enjoyed the house. Loved the salt water pool and surrounding patio space. Large dining room table to fit our entire group of 10. Kitchen is spacious for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Already booked for a return visit next year.

Wonderful family beach week

My family has a tradition of spending a week together every summer at Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We all loved the view of the ocean from the deck, and the pool was delightful. The walk to the beach was not too far. The house is lovely, with many special pieces of art. We loved the dining table with the shell collection under glass. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Pool is 5 Star

Enjoyed a wonderful family vacation with the grandkids. Ocean was conveniently close for morning activity & then, the afternoon was all about the pool. Don’t miss the OIB Nature Trail which is about one block from the house. This sand & boardwalk trail has great marsh views & blooming wildflowers.

Best Home At The Beach!!!

Our family heads to the beach in May every year. Always staying at different homes. Our search for the best fit for our family is over. This home has everything!! Steps to the beach, awesome views from the deck and an oversized pool. Not to mention a short drive to restaurants and grocery store. The home was exactly as noted and the owner/host was great! Lots of big and small memories made. We will be back.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be well appointed. Communication was outstanding! We appreciated the extra toys for the kids and the beach is close by. I would recommend cotton sheets rather than poly/microfiber. Great trip!

Peach at the Beach

This property was a great choice! It was as advertised. We had 4 adult family couples and 1 infant. The place was well laid out and all the bedrooms were very comfy (as were the beds!). The family room was very comfy as well with the quality wicker furniture. The house was a short walk to the beach, and we also used the pool. Kylie was extremely accommodating and very responsive whenever I had any questions. I would highly recommend this location if your goal is to find a great location at a very nice beach in NC!

Excellent!

This was my family’s first time renting a beach house, and it was wonderful! The house is great and the host was super quick to respond to any questions. Walking to the beach was super quick and easy. The pool was great and even better when we had it heated for the cooler, rainy days. We would love to stay here again next year, but may need a house with an elevator for the seniors in our family! Thank you for a great stay!

Family fun

We absolutely loved everything about this house- space was amazing with gorgeous views all around and close enough to hear the sounds of the ocean. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough space for all of us. Loved the pool and the stocked kitchen. Walk to the beach in minutes! Communication with the host was superb. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request in a timely fashion. We hope to be back again soon!!

We live in North Carolina We've always loved coming to the beach. We have two daughters and been bringing them to the beach since they were small. It is the one time when we can all unplug, connect to nature and spend quality family time together.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We fell in love with Ocean Isle Beach (OIB) the minute we came over the bridge. The drive time is reasonable. But, mainly this home spoke to our heart as it has everything we were looking for... close to the beach, breath-taking views and to top it off the house has a pool! Best of both worlds! We were amazed how close you feel to the beach even though technically it is 3rd row home. We really like that the pool is on the ocean side as it is convenient for kids to be swimming while adults can watch them and have a view of the ocean. The short walk to the beach with little ones sealed the deal as we didn't want to be walking a long way on a hot day. Additionally, the home is large enough that we can bring our extended family and all enjoy some downtime together!!!
