Amazing place!

Beautiful spot and tons of amenities! The abundance of snorkel gear allowed us all to find gear that fit. Having Kahalu’u across the street meant daily snorkel opportunities.

Loved it!

Such a great place! Cara was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. The location right across the street from a fantastic snorkeling spot with gorgeous sunset views from the lanai can’t be beat. Condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Would definitely rent again!

Everything included

Had an amazing stay and am already plotting our return. The place is super comfortable and relaxing, kitchen beautifully stocked and the view from the deck is sublime. Loved the location, Magic Sands beach ended up being my son’s favourite boogie boarding spot. Thanks for great stay.

Incredible condo, perfect location

We very much enjoyed our 6 night stay at this wonderful condo! The layout is so smart, and there is plenty of space. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and the glass doors on the cabinets make it easy to find everything. But the best part is the location and the view.... it is spectacular. The lanai furniture is comfy enough to sit in for hours, and the included beach chairs and snorkel gear make it easy to enjoy the beach close up as well. The hosts were very accommodating for us, and we just cant say enough good things. We'd love to return someday!

Perfect stay at Kahaluu Beach

Clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated and the location can’t be beat. Beautiful view of the beach right across the street. Great snorkeling-snorkels and fins provided. Saw sea turtles every day, as well as many colorful fish.

You won't find better

Cara knows EXACTLY what she's doing! From location to condo design details to amenities to communication to check in - she's got it all down. Our favorite family-friendly snorkel park across the street, great views from the lanai 24/7. Everything you need is already here. Please respect her things as most owners don't include all the extras that she has. Book early as I'm sure this one books up FAST!

Great Location

We really enjoyed your condo! So spacious, clean, well equipped. We had everything and more than we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy & loved the high end sheets & towels. After exploring the Big Island all day, what a treat it was to enjoy refreshments and dinner on the lanai as the sun went down. It is across the street from a very popular snorkeling beach. We didnt get a chance to use the beach chairs, boogie boards or snorkel gear but maybe next time. The small cooler was great as we packed a picnic lunch every morning to tide us over while we explored. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Mahalo

Perfect beach condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for our Big Island vacation! It was exactly as described and impeccably clean. The location can't be beat with one of the best snorkeling beaches just across the street. It is one of the best stocked properties I have stayed in and we loved the beach toys, boogie boards, pool toys, coolers, beach mats/umbrellas, and snorkel equipment. Everything we needed was right there! The beds were comfy and the AC worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in the condo which saved us a ton of money. The pool was a great place to relax when we were done with the beach or other activities. There is nothing I would change about this property and will gladly return next time I am on Big Island!

Perfect location, fabulous property

This large apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The standout feature though is the truly wonderful location. Lovely sunsets from the balcony and direct access to a world class Snorkeling beach. There’s also a section of beach suitable for beginner surfing. A car will be useful though as it’s a little distance away from shops and the busier part of town for restaurants etc. we’d return here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful beach views, fun pool, and spacious property for family

We loved our stay in Kailua-Kona. The property was exactly as it is described and shown in the pictures. The lanai has a great view of the beach and is a perfect place to watch the sunset or listen to the birds when the sun comes up. It was really nice having a second bedroom and bathroom for our kids and they were obsessed with the turtle pool in the complex. The property was clean and lovely and had everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Dream vacation spot

We loved our stay at this amazing condo and could not speak more highly of it! The views, the clean updated features and the quiet peaceful pool. We spent so much time enjoying ourselves and relaxing on the lanai and pool area that we often chose to go “home” vs exploring the island more. The best we’re super comfortable, everything we needed and a place of refuge. Our only regret is not staying long. Mahalo Cara for your wonderful communication and hospitality!

This condo was amazing! Cara was great about letting us know there might be some building painting happening during our stay. But everything worked out and we really enjoyed the lanai and pool. Access to the most wonderful snorkeling beach just across the street was a true highlight for us. The condo was furnished and stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful experience!

True home away from home in perfect location

We loved the condo and the location. It was very clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed and more. The lanai opened to the living room and primary bedroom and had a beautiful ocean view. We truly liked the location, away from busy downtown of Kailua-Kona yet close enough to get there by short car ride or bike. The walk along the ocean site is so beautiful, we walked to the downtown one day and rented the bike back through bike sharing program ( the bike sharing station is next to the condo complex). We already make plans to come back next year.

Location comes with a cost

Cara was wonderful to work with. The location if you like to snorkel can not be beat. If you like quiet this isn’t the place. The complex wasn’t noisy. The street and pool noise traveled up the building and right into our lanai. It sits on a corner and both streets have loud traffic. The central air is great and the condo was fairly quiet if you shut everything up. None of this is anything the owner can change. It’s the cost of the location. If you aren’t sensitive to noise absolutely stay here. The beds are soft and lumpy. We rotated both mattresses and it did help. The bed pillows are also not great. People are different and have different requirements. It was an issue for us but might be fine for others.
