The perfect family retreat, this upper Moonridge four bed, three bath cabin has an amazing game room! New stainless-steel appliances adorn the fully-equipped kitchen, with service for up to twelve guests! Whether it’s game night or time to relax around the fireplace, there’s something for everyone. On-site entertainment includes a new hot tub, Olhausen pool table, and air hockey, large-screen TV with Roku, Fubo and Netflix. Just minutes from the ski slopes, hiking and biking trails, the zoo and the lake, your family will thank you for this amazing private home! 
Close to the ski slopes and the lake, located in upper Moonridge, this home is quite tranquil and gives you plenty of space for family and friends. The upstairs front deck is a spectacular space that will entice you to barbeque dinner, whereas the upstairs back deck has a Sundance hot tub and a treehouse deck for the kids. Considered the master bedroom, the upstairs room features a California King bed and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and a bonus family room, with access to a lower deck and great forest views. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom, twin on top and a trundle that sleeps one. The downstairs family room has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a full bed on top, plus air hockey, a poker table and the flexibility to be used as a fourth bedroom or a bonus room for playtime, television, or a quiet space to read. The cabin has fast WiFi and internet accessible TV's. A washer and two dryers make life convenient to dry your clothes quickly from your fun in the snow or at the lake. Outside on the lower deck, there is a ski rack for your skis and boards, so feel free to bring locks if you want to secure them.

Hiking trails and a host of other activities are featured throughout the area. While this is a short-term rental, the residents love this are so much that there are quite a few local people living here permanently.
PARKING/ROAD NOTES: There are three parking spots next to each other available directly in front of the cabin. The driveway up to the cabin itself is a bit steep. Please note, if your car sits low to the ground it may be impacted by the incline, so please consider that before booking.
** Parking across our home on the dirt strip is at your own risk. Please don't block our neighbor's driveway as your car will be towed.
When you go to the ski slopes, you can park your car at the Resort's parking lot (first come first serve) or in the Moonridge lot (4 minutes away from the cabin). There are shuttles to bring you to the mountain.
Snow:
Please know that we all LOVE IT when it snows, however, understand that it is your responsibility to get to the cabin and to vacate the cabin on your departure date. No refunds will be made if you decide to leave early or for some other reason could not make it to the cabin due to the weather. 
California Law requires that if traveling to Big Bear during the winter months (November to April) snow chains for your tires must be carried in your vehicle, so please plan accordingly. Snow removal at the cabin is the responsibility of the guest. Shoveling may be required to gain access to the cabin, as well as decks, porches and walkways.
