Spring break ski adventure!

We all loved this cabin. The electric fireplace created a cozy atmosphere at the touch of a button! The large kitchen table could easily seat 8. The kitchen was very small, however, had literally everything we needed. The stove was the smallest I have ever seen, however still fit 13x9 casserole and we made a few full dinners, no problem! One of the bedrooms is an open bedroom in the loft with full size bed, a single bed with a trundle. Having two full bathrooms was very nice!

comfortable and spacious property close to everything

The place was roomier than expected and was walking distance from all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host always replied promptly. I appreciate all the extras the host had in the property to make our stay more comfortable!

Family & babies

Excellent! My babies are 3 & 1. Running and playing and being loud in the hallway and still no one could hear us. So private and calm! Great host. Great location. Quick walk to the Pacers game. We will be back.

Comfortable and great location

Great location and comfortable. Roomy. Wish it had a dresser in the bedroom. We were woken up at 1am from loud, booming music and screaming voices on a Thursday night. Lasted until past 2:30 even with us pounding on the wall. Contacted host the next day for advice but were told they couldn't do anything as it was another short term rental unit. Fortunately it didn't happen the next night.

Great central location.

Great location. Very walkable. Parking was available at meter right in front of door. Only downside to that is that you need to renew parking every 5 hours on the app but there are plenty parking lots nearby where you dont need to do that. Very comfortable beds which is usually an issue for me.

Easy walk to Convention Center

Staying at the host property was an amazing time! Each day I was able to walk to/from the convention center with no problems. There were plenty of food options around for dinner. The property was as described and perfectly clean. My only issue was there was no lighting in the bedroom. There was a lamp provided but it would flicker on/off each time it was on and it honestly didn't provide much light to begin with. Therefore, I used natural light when available and used my cell phone for light early in the morning and late at night. However, I wasn't in the room much so it wasn't a big bother. Yet, if you plan on being in the property for extended periods of time, it would be a concern. Overall, if I find myself in Indy again I would stay right back at this property!

The sweet spot

Quiet place to stay. Room was clean. Only 2 blocks from Gainbridge Arena. Lots of parking ramps with 1 block of this location. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Great atmosphere and people. Would stay again!

Perfect location for where we needed. Apartment was clean, just a little dusty. The only complaint we all had was the bedroom lights did not work in either bedroom.

Great location

The location was perfect! You could easily walk to most things downtown. The apartment could have been a little cleaner. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful. Would recommend and would probably stay here again.

Needs basic maintenance

The location was ideal. However, there was one issue after another with the unit. First, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and laundry in the washing machine. We tried to run the dishwasher, but it didn’t work. There wasn’t shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. And neither TV in the bedrooms worked. In the morning , we tried the Keurig, and it also didn’t work. Location was great. This unit is in disrepair and needs to be updated and some basic maintenance. The owner gave us a partial refund. However with all the issues, a hotel would have been a better option.

Convenient

We were there for a football game. Location was great. Downtown has changed a lot since we last visited. The stay was good. The refrigerator was leaking and wouldn’t stay cold. No one fixed during my start. Key fob wasn’t located until day 3. Wasn’t in the place where I was told. Overall it was worth it.

Okay

The apartment was not clean when we arrived and the owner could not get anyone to clean it. We had to clean the unit and launder all the bedding. The owner did what he could and refunded our cleaning fee but it was still pretty gross to have to pay to clean someone else's apartment. The unit was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the location is great. The coffee maker did not work. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the cleaning drama.

The key to the front door of the building was not available where I was told it would be. The host didn’t reply to text or calls so I was stuck in the building until the following day. Property itself was clean and nice.

The property was in a great location to downtown Indianapolis and historic sites. Everything was walkable. The property had little things such as light bulbs out, remote batteries out, property linens left in the dryer (damp) and Keurig needed to be cleaned; thus, wouldn't make a full cup of coffee. Most frustrating was lack of communication with Host. Didn't respond w concerns of late flight and being able to get in the building. Phoned 3 times and didn't answer. Fortunately, a gentleman was sitting in the lobby at 0130 am (who trustingly let us in) or we wouldn't have gotten in that morning.

Convenient location for exploring downtown

Convenient location for exploring downtown. Property was as expected, clean, and ready at check-in time. Property manager didn’t give check in information through Vrbo and didn’t reply to my message sent through Vrbo. I had to call him directly and then text reminder to send information. Check in process easy!
