The panoramic oceanfront views from Alii Kai 4303 are absolutely perfect for whale watching! During the winter months, you can relax on your private lanai and watch the whales swimming with their babies or even breaching. Both bedrooms share the same great oceanfront view - you don't even need to get out of bed to look at it. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has an ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and a separate vanity area with a desk that could easily be used as a quiet work space if your visit won't be all play. Upgraded high-speed internet too. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Just across the hall is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Kitchen and bathrooms newly updated! (April 2023)

You'll find a full kitchen, including dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc to be able to prepare and enjoy some of your meals at home. The dining area seats 4, and there's additional seating for 3 more at the kitchen island. In the comfortably furnished living room, you'll find a television (with cable). Free wifi is provided. Complex amenities include a swimming pool and a gas barbecue grill.

You'll be delighted with our Alii Kai resort condo's convenient location. It's under two miles to shopping and dining at the Princeville Shopping Center. You'll find casual dining at Hideaways Pizza Pub and oceanfront fine dining at the Princeville St Regis just over a mile away. The scenic town of Hanalei and the great beach at Hanalei Bay are 10 minutes away, Anini beach 10 minutes away, and other attractions like botanical gardens, horseback riding, and ziplining are also nearby.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.

This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

Paradise in Kauai

If you are looking for a convenient location to Princeville and the North Shore with amazing ocean views from one side of the condo and amazing mountain views on the other, this is where you should stay. We had 4 adults (2 couples), the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was large enough for us all to move in and out without getting in each other's way. And again, as mentioned - the views are to die for.

Beautiful Ocean Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were upgraded to this property after the one we reserved had a leaky roof. The views are amazing. We were disappointed that there wasn't any AC, but the ocean breeze did a pretty good job keeping us cool. Although, I did wake up hot once in a while. The king-sized mattress in the primary suite was a little too firm for my taste. I asked the property managers if they had a mattress topper, or something, because it was causing me back and neck pain, but I never heard back from them. I ended up sleeping on the couch or in the spare room with my daughter. There's a lovely but steep hiking trail behind the condo to a turtle cave that I recommend you check out if it's not too muddy and slippery.

Beautiful view!

The best part about this property is the view of the ocean from the lanai. Unfortunately, the furnishings are pretty old and tired. But the property will meet your basic needs and give you a beautiful view.

Overall nice stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was good but very hot with no air conditioning. Ceiling fans helped but needed more additional fans. We arrived late at night so would recommend someone stopping by the day of check in and opening all of the windows to at least allow some air into the unit. Also, units downstairs have screen doors so that you can leave the door open..we would suggest that the owner have a screen door installed - would have made a tremendous difference on the airflow...we didn’t leave the door open due to possibility of bugs/mosquitoes. Other than the heat we were very happy! Management company was great and very quick to respond when we called with small issue.

Princeville paradise and convenient too

This was our first time in Princeville. This was an ideal location for our family. Great view and sound of the ocean. Close drive to Hanalei and North shore beaches. There are adventures right here in Princeville as well. Just a couple miles from Foodland and shave ice. Teens gave the pool a thumbs up.

Very worn and dated unit, unbeatable views!

This condo is waaay beyond needing an update. Everything is original to the unit or close to it. Very worn living room furniture, as are the kitchen countertops, cupboards, dishwasher, etc. Both bathrooms need a complete overhaul, as well. If you can get past all of that, the view and roar of the ocean are amazing!

Best Part of this Condo is location & view

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was good for location and views. The amenities were terrible. The furniture was outdated, the couch fabric is peeling, the master bed mattress frame had alot of stuffing that was coming out all over floor, the kitchen wall and one bedroom wall was filthy, ceiling fans were disgusting. The kitchen amenities were a joke. the coffee cups were disgusting looking as the ceramic glaze was off and cups looked black and dirty. measuring cup so old it had no measurement lines, dead roach in cabinet. Dryer vent not hooked up so hot air flows back into kitchen and front living area. There was 2 different types of beach chairs and they were so old and rusted out. WORST RENTAL IN ALL OUR TRAVELS and we have traveled. We saved long and hard and chose to spend our money on this vacation and we were so disappointed. The management company did nothing for us. We took photos and contacted them and had to deal with problems while on our vacation. If this condo is privately owned and then used by property management to rent out they should drop the account. If the property management owns this, they should spend a few thousand to fix to accommodate their guests

The place is spacious, a little outdated, but honestly if your not staying inside all the time it’s not a big deal. Probably not a place for young children , the owners have some expensive old furniture. Overall, we absolutely love Kauai ( favorite of all the islands) and the view just can’t be beat at this condo!

Princeville stay

The view from this property is really beautiful. Check in was really easy. The condo needs some updating and freshening up. . The washer and dryer were not working. The area that the condo is in is nice and felt very safe but it’s a little drive to everywhere. So many beautiful beaches close by!!

Priceless Views

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. Being on the ocean with views from the living room and both bedrooms was amazing. The property itself could use a little updating, but was perfectly functional and comfortable. We had some minor communication issues with the property manager but, in the end, things were resolved in an acceptable time frame. The road to Hanalei was only open at certain times of day while we were there, due to clean up from a landslide, and that made the location less then ideal. If the road were open, it would be a great place to be though! Overall, we had a wonderful time and were pleased with the property.
