You’ll love the bright, open layout and fresh updates throughout this spacious unit, which comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes both a queen and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort.



Step outside to enjoy Little Lagoon, just steps from your door. Launch your boat from the on-site ramp, cast a line from the pier, or clean your catch at the dedicated station. When you're ready to hit the beach, the Gulf is just across the street, with dedicated beach access and wide, uncrowded shoreline for you to enjoy.

Sea Oats B106 was great. Clean, had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. One of the best places we have stayed in Sea Oats. Host was great. Due to husband having emergency gallbladder surgery had to extend our stay and there was no hesitation when I made this request. Would love to stay again when we can enjoy more.

Great vacation. Out of all vacation rentals we have stayed at this the first time I’ve had to buy garbage bags and toilet paper. I know it says in listing but a spare of each would have been helpful. Other than that loved the apartment would stay again!

Great place near the beach!

Excellent Location

Christmas getaway

It was a very nice and clean condo.Everything that we needed was there and clean the only thing that was missing was a chair in the master bedroom.we different needed one to sit on to put our shoes on but we managed and overall it was great. I was really impressed by the number of towels that were available for our stay All of the other guests were very friendly and very nice people

The location was great and the unit was roomy and comfortable. Could have used a couple of bigger pots to cook in. The water pressure is not the best. The worst thing about the place was having a flying bat show up in the master bedroom one morning. Don’t know where it came from or how it got in cuz we never left any doors open.

Had Everything

A very clean, well stocked and well located property. Wanting for none of the amenities and right across the street from the beach, with easy access, this place was perfect for our holiday weekend stay. The only drawback was the faint smell of cat box odor and the condition of the complex’s pool, which although clean, needs some repairs. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Family time in the rain

We were very impressed with how clean the rooms were. The description on the internet was quite accurate. Even though it rained one day and was cloudy the next, we had a lot of fun and made many memories. We will return!!

Overall good. Loved the lift on the patio to get items up to condo. Furniture not comfortable. Door lock worked, but needs attention or change. Great responses to help with broken outdoor chair. Would reserve again if we could manage the stairs better.

Winter reprieve

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to prepare our own meals. The proximity to the ocean was very nice. We had a good stay. The only negative during our stay was that there were occupants in the unit above us with 4 children ranging from 2 to teenager and they were running around above us sometimes until 10:30/11:00 at night. We’re not sure we would rent the unit again. We might look for an upper unit to avoid having people romping above us.

A Great unit for Family Vacation

This is a cute little unit. We found everything to be in good condition considering the age of the property. Be aware of the power recliner that is positioned against the wall. The wall behind it has been damaged by use of the chair. That was the only issue that I had with the unit itself. Easy access to the beach and plenty of outdoor showers. Pool is wonderful, too

Great location

We stayed here for my son’s baseball World Series. It was conveniently located close to the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores sports complex. The condo was clean except a-lot of sand on the floors. I guess that is to be expected. The AC takes about 1.5 days to cool down to a temp below 70. The beds are comfortable. The decor is minimal. There is only one couch so not a lot of seating for a large family. I would stay at this complex again but probably a different unit.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your vacation experience with us. It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the property and nearby attractions, despite the few issues you mentioned. We have assessed the issues, as our goal is for each guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay. During peak season, the majority of the AC systems will have a hard time keeping up with temperatures below 73 due to the temperature and ongoing opening and closing of doors. However, please know that we have assessed the system to ensure it is working properly.

Good Value

Had an overall good experience here at Sea Oats. Upon check-in there was actually a pipe leaking in the hallway from the unit above. On a holiday weekend we had someone there for maintenance within 15-20 minutes and they got the problem taken care of. The common areas, hallway, parking, stairwell, etc are really rough and dingy here. It's definitely a low price building. The walls were very thin and you could hear everyone around and above. The Phoenix type high rise condominiums are very different and offer more privacy and quiet. The beach chair rental places also wouldn't come all the way down to this area. The location and building in general were definitely the negatives here. That being said, the unit itself was well kept and we had a good time in the unit itself. The two bedrooms were in good shape, the living room and kitchen were nice and the balcony was a fun place to hang out. The internet was incredibly slow and we ended up using our Hotspot to stream in the unit. Overall a good value and a good unit. If the location isnt a big deal or if you are looking for a good value, this is a good option.

We were pleasantly surprised how large the condo was. It was just as described and the pool is HUGE. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, do laundry and sleep great after long days at the beach. Do leave a note inside the guest book- they are fun to read and give good tips.- side note: you are only 3 hrs from Laurel Miss. to visit the HGTV ‘Hometown’. Great day trip on a weekday!

Priced appropriately

The inside of our unit, 106B, was great. Bedrooms large and beds comfortable. Kitchen and living room were spacious also. Nice to have with two cooks in the kitchen. I gave the property rating a 3 because honestly the outside of these buildings is a bit beat up. An added let down was that the pool by pur building was not functional. It had no water. The whole reason we chose this place versus others on that block was to be close to the pool and not have to walk far due to injured person with us. Also, it was not disclosed to us that we would have no option to get upstairs except for the stairs. We had one person who really did NOT need to have to traverse stairs. Lastly, it was confusing to figure out where it was appropriate for us to get on the beach. All in all, it was good, but the annoyances were pretty great. I will give the inside a big thumbs up. Just be sure to bring all your own stuff - salt/pepper, oil, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc, as none of these are provided or available at a nearby store.
