Relaxing 3 Bed/3 Bath Corner with a HUGE Wrap Around Balcony!

Watch the sunset on your huge wrap-around balcony from this great beach front condo! The king size master is ocean front with a sliding glass door to the balcony so the sounds of the ocean can lull you to sleep at night. The second bedroom has it's own private balcony with ocean views as well. All 3 bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. We know that rest is important part of a vacation so we have provided you with Nectar and Bed Boss mattresses as well as linens that are sure to please. TV's are in every bedroom as well as the 50" TV in the living room to provide entertainment for everyone, if you aren't beach watching. The kitchen is ready for those who like to cook, we tried to think of everything. Romar Place only has 66 units allowing for more space at the beach, the pool or the hot tub. You will be minutes away from everything: golf courses, restaurants, the outlet mall, water parks, amusement parks, mini golf and shopping.

Love this condo!

We love staying at this condo! It has a perfect view and balcony to enjoy the ocean, a great beach, well stocked kitchen for families and great communication. We, as always, had a wonderful time visiting Orange Beach!

Double Booked

From my understanding booking issues with these owners has been resolved. Never got a chance to be inside, since our reservation was double booked and taken by other guest. We were not made aware of this until we arrived. This place books from other booking sites, not just VRBO. The owner did try to help us find other locations, but trying to find a place the day we arrived is extremely tough, stressful and frustrating. Location is great. I would strongly suggest staying in close contact with owners from booking to opening the front door of the condo to ensure the place is truly reserved for your party.

Loved it!

We loved our stay! We had the best time. Enough space for all of our family to enjoy. Super convenient location, very close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, everything we could think of it. Romar place itself is great. The property was very clean. Loved having an indoor and outdoor pool. We traveled with family who are disabled and they were still able to enjoy the beach from the balcony and area next to the pools. We had such a great time!

Wonderful Family Trip

My family loved this condo, it was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful patio! The layout was great and had everything we needed! 306 thought of all the things you might need for a family vacation to the beach. Loved being on the corner and having the stairs to go quickly down to the beach or back up to make some food in the stocked kitchen. Decor was perfect and place was easy to keep organized with two teenage boys. The three bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our family and my Mom. Wish we had stayed longer!

Great condo, great location!

This was a very nice condo in a great location. The bedroom layout is perfect for three couples and very hard to find. Three nice bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The indoor and outdoor pools are also very nice, although we didn't spend much time there thanks to the lovely weather. The deck has a great view and six heavy sturdy chairs. The only things that weren't perfect were that the parking is $30 per vehicle, the ice maker was turned off when we got there, and there were no beach chairs or umbrellas in the condo that we could find. That is being very picky. The location is really perfect and I would definitely reserve it again.

Family

This was probably one of the best places we have stayed in years. I fell in love with Gulf Shores a few years ago and now thanks to our stay my family is hooked now. Condo was amazing. Great location. Check in was easy. Parking was great. Had everything you could think of and more. Communication with owners was great. OMG that balcony and view was out of this world. My family is definitely going to be spoiled and not want to go anywhere else
