Very disappointed
Sadly, this rental did not meet our expectations. While the cleaning staff and the catering staff were wonderful, the house and property management (cabo villas ) were disappointing. I do not like to give poor reviews but I feel that it is necessary, as I do not want others to experience what we did. It must be made aware.
On the first day, while exploring the kitchen, the diswasher door fell on my son's foot along with the entire dishwasher from it's housing. The next day, my family woke up to a flood in the bathroom which leaked from the toilet into the bedroom. On the fourth day, my family noticed a horrible sewage smell coming from the back bedroom and bunk room. When opening the fold away couch, there was mold on the lining of the fold away.
Details like lightbulbs were not even in the fixtures in some of the bedrooms. Concierge was notified immediately of each of these and service was prompt.
None of this should have happened at all. It was as if the rental stood abandoned and was not inspected before we arrived.
The initial manager of cabo villas was neither efficient nor accommodating.
As a family, we made the best of this vacation because we were together.
I do expect a refund from the rental management company.
