Come escape to this beautiful waterfront home in desirable Bottle Bay located on Lake Pend Oreille. This is a warm and welcoming home that is ready for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying all that the lake has to offer. Bring your family to vacation for a week on the lake with an expansive yard, wonderful beach to enjoy, and a lakeside fireplace. With three living rooms there is ample space to spread out inside, or relax on three of the outdoor decks. There is even a beach side patio for a sunset cocktail! Boat parking is available with a private dock. Sandpoint is a 20 min drive or 10 min boat ride! This is a quiet, safe, and noise conscious neighborhood so no events, parties, or pets are allowed. If you are looking for a quiet, comfy, place to stay we would love to have you!

A Little Slice of Heaven

This property was truly a home away from home! It was ideal for our family with each of the floors having a bedroom & a bathroom. It was very clean & also well equipped for all the cooking we did. The location is spectacular! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to feel at home & make memories with our kids & grandkids!! We will definitely be back again! Britton & Rob were warm & welcoming & easy to get ahold of when we needed something! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!!

Perfect vacation retreat

The property was perfect! We had three couples in the home and the layout couldn’t have been more ideal. Each level provided a bedroom and bathroom and gave us all some personal space. We didn’t have great weather but the home is very comfortable and we didn’t mind being inside playing games. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to prepare your meals. We ate in most nights and have no complaints. The outside spaces are set up well with plenty of covered and uncovered gathering space. The beach area is very inviting with a great dock as well. We love this home and location! We look forward to returning next summer.

The Best on Bottle Bay!

This home is amazing! The layout is perfect for a group, each level feels like its own suite, the furnishings are lovely and the kitchen has everything you would ever need. Great landscaping with lowbank waterfront. By far the best vacation house we've stayed in! Will definitely be back.

Nothing short of Fantastic!

I dont think I have stayed at a property that the owner paid attention to every detail. It was like staying at a five star hotel. The pillows were soft, the towels were high quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable. We never said "I wish we would have had this or that" . The views were incredible, the beach was perfect. We loved staying here!

Perfect Lakeside Getaway

We were blown away by the beauty of this lakeside gem. The property is amazing, with multiple outdoor areas to enjoy, the dock and kayaks being our favorites. We enjoyed many sunsets from the dock. The home slept the 5 of us very comfortably, any more than 6 would appear to need to sleep on the sofas or on an extra twin mattress in one of the closets. Our only complaint was the bottom level (of the 3 level home) was much cooler than the rest of the house, so we had to turn up the heater in the whole house and use extra blankets to make it more comfortable. The home had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the home had a lot of spices for our use in cooking. The owner Rob and property manager Britten were both amazing, responsive and very helpful with everything we needed. This stay ranked higher than our oceanside Maui stay last year! We will definitely consider returning! The area is beyond stunning. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful house on the lake!

We really enjoyed staying at this house on the lake! The house was very clean, everything we would ever need in the kitchen was there, the Wi-Fi and Smart TV worked great. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular. Although it was winter time, the kids still enjoyed exploring and playing on the beach.

House, location and service were all fantastic

My family and I stayed here in august 2021. We had a blast - fishing, boating, hiking, swimming off the dock, kayaking, mtn biking. The place was very clean and perfect for the family. The bald eagle catching lunch every morning and the deer hanging out on the lawn was also a nice touch.

Wow-Just perfect !

I can’t describe how wonderful this property is, and how warm and hospitable the hosts are, but I will try my best. Our family had an amazing week. The communication prior to arrival was timely and reassuring. W steve iced everything we needed to help us pack and plan. They have thought of all the questions ahead of time. Rob and Brittan are a great tandem! The location is ideal, the views are serene , and the neighborhood is warm and friendly . We never felt like unwanted tourists, but rather welcomed members of the community . The house has been lavishly and thoughtfully curated. The kitchen has everything ! The pans are top tier , and the spice cabinet plentiful. The bedrooms are perfect for private space and community gathering. It was hard to stay inside tho- The outdoor space and dock are the perfect set up! It Provided access to the lake while also giving some private space to enjoy the beauty of the area. My kids wanted to mention how much fun they had on the big blue mat , and fishing off the dock! We feel truly blessed to have the special property shared with us for the week, and can’t wait to return . It wasn’t just a vacation , but a great memory making trip.
