Located on the 3rd floor with an outside staircase, the unit does not have an elevator. It includes:
- 2 bedrooms each with a double bed of 160x200cm ;
- 1 fully equipped and functional kitchen (induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine);
- 1 bathroom with bathtub;
- 1 living room with a convertible sofa of 145x200cm.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness.

## Emplacement
Bordering the 18th and 19th arrondissements of Paris, Aubervilliers is part of the inner suburbs of Paris.
Aubervilliers experienced its boom at the end of the 19th century, with the nascent industrialization and the influx of workers from all over France and Europe. Since then, Aubervilliers has kept its industrial tradition and its multicultural identity.

Although part of La Courneuve, the apartment is closer to the center of Aubervilliers, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
In Aubervilliers, you will find all amenities: 3 supermarkets (Franprix, Monoprix and Auchan), 4 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, 1 bookstore, 2 gyms (On Air, Basic Fit) as well as restaurants for all tastes (Le Saint Emilion, Les Chambres, Auberkitchen, Kaishu,...).
