"Sunset Villa" is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom contemporary townhome in the heart of Ellicottville overlooking beautiful Holimont Ski Resort. This villa can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. The staircase will lead you to the second floor master suite which boasts spectacular mountain views, updated hardwood floors, modern full bath with toasty radiant flooring and multi jet walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the lower level with the 2nd newly updated Full bathroom. Bedroom #2 features a Full size bed with luxury sheets and an additional set of bunk beds. Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds with extra thick comfy mattresses to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. The fully stocked Chefs kitchen is open to the living area and features all that you could ever need to prepare a gourmet meal. This villa boasts many other amenities such as a gas grill, large capacity washer and drier Keurig coffee maker, Wi-fi, internet, cable tv and streaming. Enjoy all that Ellicottville has to offer including Monday - Friday daily skiing at Holimont Ski Resort and day and night skiing all week long at Holliday Valley. The villa is a short walk to Holimont lift and 3 minute drive to Holiday Valley. There are many additional activities from cross country ski, snowshoe, hiking and mountain bike trails, Sky High adventure ropes course, golfing, or a day at the spa. Well behaved furry friends are always welcome!

Great property - close to everything, with everything you need!

We had a wonderful moms’ weekend away here. Plenty of space for the four of us, comfortable and cozy. Just a couple minutes drive to the village with great restaurants and adorable shops. We’ll definitely be visiting again and this property is at the top of our list.

The townhouse was bigger cleaner and more modern than we expected. It had everything we needed and more. It's a beautiful location. Terrific host!

Perfect Spring Break!

Amy was so easy to work with and very responsive. Her chalet is very close to the Sunset chairlift at Holimont and made skiing with a family easy. The chalet was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel right at home.

Green view

The property is situated very close to the center of the small town but still in a private and secluded area. It is a bit close to the main road, but if you are coming from a busy city that wouldn’t be a problem. The townhouse has a beautiful view facing a small hill. The house is very well equipped starting with cooking pots and utensils, nice wine glasses😊, sound portable speaker and games for adults and kids. Bathrooms are new and in a very good condition. The only downside was the carpet in the small room on the first floor - in the morning was always stinky even though it looked clean. Amy was absolutely responsive , helpful and easy to communicate with. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay there and if we have another chance we would stay in this property again!
