Whether you want to watch the kids from the large back porch or the private dock with a swim ladder, you will fall in love with the family memories that can be made here—located in a private cove in a quiet gated community, perfect for walking and bike riding in the neighborhood. An easy path to the water!! Large front and back yard for family ball games and fun. Easy access to the community sWboat ramp.

Inside you will find 2 master suites, a third bedroom that sleeps 3, and a bunk house area made for kids! Fully equipped kitchen to make lots of big family meals. Large dining area, bar seating or eat outside on the covered porch. There is a cozy living area and a second living area downstairs for the kids! Two sets of washers and dryers to keep on top of all laundry.

Large recreation/game room with an arcade game, foosball table, jukebox, books, and board games! Outside Tennis table available as well.

Easy access right off I40, 20 minutes to Sevierville, and 40 minutes to Gatlinburg!!

NOTE: Our cove only has full water from May to the first of September (Labor day weekend), please be mindful of this when booking. Please raise any concerns before booking.

THERE IS NO DIVING HEAD FIRST OFF THE DOCK INTO THE WATER!!! There are floating log hazards. All children under 12 must wear a life vest. Use the dock at your own risk.

We have a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera on the exterior of the rear of the house. This is only used for security purposes when the house is not occupied.
