The Poco Bueno House is nestled between the peaceful waters by the bay and sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It has been a second home to many families for the past three years. This canal front three bedroom, two and half bath home sits in Galveston’s desirable Sea Isle neighborhood and is the perfect home away from home for your next family vacation. Sea Isle has everything you need and plenty of things to offer including a boat launch, full marina, new pickle ball court, playgrounds, restaurant and bars. You’ll never want to leave our neighborhood

The bottom deck has plenty of room for entertaining, relaxing in the sun and enjoying the evening breeze. Your fishing crew will love casting their lines from our private dock, and the beach lovers will enjoy the Sea Isle Beach access area, less than 5 minutes. You can also tie your boat up to the dock where you are right down the canal from West End Marina then West Bay. From our private dock you can also enjoy the tubes, kayak, water floats, etc. to soak in the sun from right off the canal.

Upstairs on the main floor is the expansive deck with wonderful canal and sunset views. A perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and wind down with a glass of wine or relax on the outdoor furniture.

A large fenced wraps around the house to keep your little ones safe. Fish all day and all night off dock (underwater fishing lights). There is also cleaning station and designated area where you can rinse off.

LIVING AREA:

Kick back on the plush furnishings in the sunny living area. There are two large couches and an ottoman for extra seating. A 65” flat screen SmartTV sets the scene for movie nights. The house offers free wifi. Guest can sign onto their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other popular smartTV apps using their accounts. We do not have cable service.

DINING:

The dining table comfortably seats eight, plus there are four chairs surrounding the bar area in the kitchen.

KITCHEN:

There is ample room for cooking large family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen.is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There's a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, crockpot, storage containers and coffee maker.

BED & BATH:

This two-story home sleeps has 3 three bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably.

Find comfort in the master suite, which provides a queen-size bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is fitted with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-size bed, and a 32” flat-screen TV. An en-suite half bath provides added convenience.

Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, which offers a queen-size bed, a TV, and private deck access. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

PLEASE NOTE:

No more than the 8 Maximum Allowed for Overnight Stay. If over the Maximum Allowed is Exceeded an additional $50.per guest will be charged.

No Prom, No Spring Break, No Graduation or other large parties/events permitted.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON GRASS OR BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS.

Great Weekend Getaway

We've taken a number of weekend getaways, this far exceeded our expectations. Perfect Spot!

The house was super clean - spotless and as pictured. Check in was easy and the house had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. My grandkids enjoyed swimming at the house and there were toys and yard games for them as well. There was easy access to the beach as well as to the neighborhood pool. We had a relaxing trip and would definitely stay here again. The Hinojosa's were wonderful host.

This was our second time to stay here. Love the downstairs outdoor tv and bar area. Great location. Very quick ( could walk) golf cart ride to the sea isle marina/pool and restaurant and close enough to walk to the beach if needed we chose to rent a golf cart to get the beach which we enjoyed. Perfect Vacation House for all Ages!

Charming beach house in a perfect location for crabbing, fishing, and beach exploring. We brought our son and his family from Colorado to the coast. This home met all the needs for a family of eight with an age range of 72 - 2 years old! We even managed to squeeze a trip into Galveston to visit the Strand and do some shopping and eat seafood. Our stay was memorable because we were able to be together at this wonderful place.

My husband, Michael and I, would like to welcome you to our first vacation, dream home. It’s been a lifelong dream of ours to own a house in Sea Isle. Our passion for this neighborhood started 20+ years ago when we started renting vacation canal homes in this particular subdivision. Our families and our children don’t know anything else but Sea Isle and we have so many memories in this neighborhood. We bought our home in January 2020, remodeled and upgraded it. Lots of tears, sweat, pain, headaches, happiness and joy were experienced through the whole remodeling process. It took 4 long months to finish it, but it was all worth the wait and we are ready to share it with you. It's perfect for families and anyone who enjoys the bay views, the sunsets and the beach.

Our house has so much to offer. You can fish from the back yard or the neighborhood fishing pier, dine at the local restaurants, take advantage of the outdoor seating (tables on both decks), enjoy the evening breeze, take a ride to the beach and look the stars at night or just sit back and relax. We have two convenience stores within a few minutes and the beach is less than a half mile away. It's a place you can enjoy all the amenities, relax, go swimming, get a tan, eat and enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Our home and the Sea Isle Community is a place where you always see people walking their dogs, exercising, riding their golf carts throughout the neighborhood waving hello to all that pass them and enjoying the vibe. Sea Isle is tranquil, safe and feels like time stood still.
