A newly remodeled 3-bedroom home in the heart of Lincoln, NE. Midcentury modern accents gives this home a familiar charm. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Fully outfitted kitchen for baking or family meals. Beautiful coffee bar stocked with a wide variety of coffees and teas from our favorite local coffee house.

Cleanliness and availability to our guests are our priority. We live in the adjoining duplex, so we're generally immediately available should you need something. You will enjoy a nice, comfortable space with a 4-season sunroom and giant television. Two full-sized bathrooms + one half bath and a washer/dryer stocked with a variety of laundry soaps and dryer sheets.

Located in quiet east central Lincoln, you're just a few minutes drive from pretty much anywhere in town. Close to Holmes Lake, Lancaster County Event center, 10-12 minutes from south Lincoln or Downtown.

Perfect home

We were traveling to Lincoln for USA Roller Sports National Championships and did not want to stay in a hotel. Erica’s home was perfect for us. It’s just out of the city in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of restaurants around, and a Sam’s club not too far away. The coffee bar was a nice touch. The kitchen was stocked and ready to cook in. The house was very clean and welcoming. I would love to stay here again when I return to Lincoln.

Clean and Quiet

We stayed in this VRBO while visiting family in Lincoln, Nebraska. We loved it's central location to our family, grocery stores, and shopping. It was so quiet and everyone had their own space. Erica was super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

A very nice home away from home

This was our second year in a row to stay in this property for about 2 weeks each time. We can’t say enough praises about both the property and the owner. The property is clean and nicely appointed, check-in/out is hassle free. Owner is extremely responsive to any requests when reached by text or phone call. Overall, very accommodating! We look forward to visiting again next year!

Unique and fun!

We got such a kick out of this fun retro house! It’s hard to say what my kids liked most- the giant bunk room, the candy bowl, or the record player! It was cute, clean, and had plenty of space for our group of 8. The owner lives in the neighborhood and was super prompt checking on us and making sure we had everything we need.

Fantastic stay for our family of 5

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights in August 2022. It was such a great stay for all of us. Everything was super clean, beds were comfortable, and very quiet. Communication was great on how to check in or when we needed anything. The entire place has a great flow and is very welcoming and comfortable. The a/c works great as we were there during really hot, hot days. The coffee/tea bar was amazing to have. Everything we needed was supplied. I highly recommend this place and would stay again. One of our best rental experiences in the past 10+ years.

The place is as advertised if not better. Erica was so helpful and accommodating and she is at least half the reason why we are going back next year for the roller skating championships again. This property really stands out in this area especially if you have a large party >5.

This property is fabulous. From the coffee/tea bar to the fully stocked kitchen to the bathrooms to the (and this is most important) very comfortable beds. When we come to Lincoln, we will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

The house was extremely clean and organized, which was appreciated overall, but especially in the kitchen and coffee bar. Erica was a very friendly hostess and went above and beyond with extra touches of filled candy dishes and fresh flowers! The neighorhood is safe and walkable, with easy access to other locations in South Lincoln. We recommend this property without reservation!

A Perfect Home With Style

Erica's home was perfect for our visit to Lincoln. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house is very tastefully furnished in a mid-century mode. All of the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms very clean. We all felt so 'at home' here. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept, and safe. All of the extras Erica added to our welcome was so greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again on our visit to Lincoln, and would absolutely recommend it to others.

My family loved our time here!

Great place for a family stay. Comfy beds in three bedrooms that sleeps probably ten people. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice gas fireplace in one living room, which was nice on the cold winter nights. Owner is very nice, met us and gave us a tour so we knew where everything was.

Absolute Perfection!

My husband and I stayed here when we came back for a visit. I wanted a place that felt like home and could be a central landing pad for my friends and family to visit me while I was in the area. This house was perfect and very affordable! I loved the layout and much of the house has been renovated and is beautifully decorated. Lots of room for folks to hang out (living room, kitchen, back porch, patio). Every amenity was available, just like home! Erica was great and nearby if needed but let us have our privacy. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great stay, pictures don't do it justice!

My family loved our stay here. The pictures don't really show how spacious and well-laid out the space is. Each bedroom has an access to its own toilet and sink. Two have access to a shower. The beverage bar was well-stocked with local tea and coffee options. We would definitely stay again!

Great House, Great Location

After living in Lincoln for a few years I can say this location is great! It is very convenient to all the amenities you need, but tucked away so you aren’t right in the middle of things. What an amazing experience

We stayed at the house for 4 days as we were there for our daughter's college graduation. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the space, the coffee bar and the huge TV. Erica insisted that we use the patio next door for our small party and we are so glad we did. It felt like home. Everything in the house is top notch. I highly recommend this host!

Fantastic retro house!

The house was set up to be very welcoming and had everything we needed for a week stay. The retro decor is super fun and the coffee bar with local coffee was awesome. The host was awesome and communication was excellent. There were plenty of beds and space and we had a very comfortable stay!

Perfect for a family and college visit

Beautiful space for multi-generational family to socialize and spread out as needed over a long weekend visit with our UNL student. It is a convenient location with easy access to stores, parks/walks, and UNL. It was also stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar in the morning and the outdoor patio for an evening barbecue. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for place to visit the area and have a wonderful place to unwind after activities. We've stayed in many vrbo's and this is the best one in terms of well- designed space and cleanliness.

I'm a photographer and mother of four kids ranging in age from 11 to 21. I've lived in this neighborhood for 17 years and our kids all went/go to the elementary school that is just a block away. I'm brand new to VRBO. I enjoy creating spaces, taking walks in the neighborhood and going on bike rides around Lincoln's great trail system.

Our family has lived on this street since 2004. My sister raised her family in this property. It was remodeled after she moved out. She currently lives on the other side of the duplex which I've used as my photo studio since 2004. I live with my family directly across the street. We love this space and when it's not being used by guests, we use it ourselves for friends, family and gatherings.

As this is our "family place", you'll have the benefit of being able to ask us for pretty much anything you need. Need an Instant Pot or a few more cookie sheets? No problem, we've got one next door you can borrow! We've recently added a wrap-around back patio space and are working on landscaping and adding more features to the back yard area. The back yard is still "under construction" but the patio area has several spots to sit and enjoy the outdoors or dine outside.
