Einzigartige Hause in wünschenswert Briggs Farm in schönen Narragansett entfernt. Dieses Haus wurde komplett von Bauherr / Eigentümer renoviert. Küche hat eine Doppel Tri-Konvektion Backofen und großzügige Insel offen zum Essbereich. Anbei Waschküche off der breezeway auf der ersten Etage. Aus der Küche ist ein in Veranda für mehr Sitzgelegenheiten und Liege abgeschirmt umschlossen. Hinterhof hat neue Stampfbeton Terrasse mit Grill, Tischen und Stühlen. Auch in diesem Bereich ist ein Warmwasser Dusche im Freien.

Es gibt ein 700 Quadratfuß hinaus mit zwei großen Schlafzimmer mit Teppichboden, voll gefliesten Bad und großen offenen Wohnbereich mit weißer Eiche Laubhölzer. Es gibt eine überdachte Veranda mit zwei Stühlen Himmel, und Gartenmöbeln. Das Grundstück ist 14.000 Quadratfuß mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Reifen-Schaukel und Hinterhof zum Spielen. Central Air auf zwei Zonen. Betten zur Auswahl sind 5 Queens und 2 Doubles, und 4 Doppelmatratzen sind bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt. Haustiere erlaubt! Kurzer Spaziergang zum Sunset Farm für frisches Obst und Gemüse und frisch gebackenen Kuchen und um die Tiere des Bauernhofs zu besuchen. Das Haus ist groß genug für viele Familien. Große Garage für 2 Fahrzeuge, großzügige Einfahrt für genügend Parkplätze. Wir liefern viele Liegestühle, Boogie Boards, Strandspielzeug, Sonnenschirme Bettwäsche, Decken, Decken und Badetücher.

Nehmen Sie eine kurze 20-minütige Fahrt zum historischen Newport und Jamestown. T. F. Green Airport ist 25 Minuten entfernt. Providence ist eine 30-minütige Fahrt. Dieses Haus liegt zentral zu allen Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die beliebtesten Restaurants. Closest Film-Theater ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt an der South County Commons entfernt. Bord der Block Island Ferry in Galiläa nur 2 Meilen entfernt. Die Fahrt mit der Fähre über die Schnellfähre ist nur 30 Minuten und auf der großen Fähre, seine etwa eine Stunde. Am Block Island gibt es viele tolle Unternehmungen mit Kindern und Erwachsenen zu tun. Sie können Fahrräder, Mopeds mieten oder ein Taxi nehmen oder sogar bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Auto über. We have now rented twice from Robin, the host. This house did not dissapoint, just like the other. Very spacious,so much room for everyone and everything. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs.

Turkey day 2024

We had 13 family members staying at the farm. We had an additional 10 folks that came over for Thanksgiving day dinner. The house was very well equipped to handle this crowd. We all enjoyed it and had a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful stay!

We stayed with a larger group on this property and there was ample parking and sleeping arrangements for everyone. The house was clean and had everything that we would need. It was a great place for us to hangout and was a reasonable drive to places around Narragansett and Newport.

Great House for multiple parties

The house has a great layout with 3 separate sleeping areas that make it ideal for multiple families. There were plenty of linens, beach chairs and toys, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a family gathering

There were 12 adults and 5 children. Robin went out of her way to accommodate our needs! She provided 3 pack and plays which was a huge help. The kitchen is extremely well equipped Plenty of towels for everyone! There was a slight issue and Robin responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean and enough space

The house was really clean and the a/c was left on so when we entered the house it felt good on a hot sunny day. Bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The decor and the furniture of the house was nice and comfortable. Location is Ok, it was about 8 min drive for stores or beach.

Beautiful home perfect for large parties

4 couples and 6 kids and a pet! Perfect for all of us. No fighting over bathrooms, no cramming for common areas, short drive to Narragansett town beach and close but not on major road to get to where you need to go with clear instructions and helpful information for seeing the area. Would stay here 20 times over!

Perfect for a celebration

This house was amazing, the inside furnishing are top notch, and the flow of the house is perfect. Had my 50th bday party, and we have 4 teenagers therefore sleeping was great as the kids had their own section of the house. Also with just under 50 people the backyard was great for a large gathering. Lastly Robin was great, and responded to anything we needed in a matter of minutes. We will look to stay at this property again for sure.

Beautiful property

We had an amazing time at this house. Robin was very attentive and communicative in the booking process along with checking in. I arrived about fifteen minutes early and reached out to her to see if I can enter and she responded very quickly allowing us to do so. The house was extremely spacious and beautiful. The pictures are gorgeous online but the house in person is even more so. We couldn’t believe how spacious it was as well as clean. It came equipped with plenty of towels and fun games to play. We definitely enjoyed our stay and was the highlight of our girls weekend. Thanks Robin!

This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️

Beautiful Bedrooms & Bathrooms, but Halted Construction Impacts Kitchen Area and Outdoor Atmosphere

Used the house for an extended family getaway. Overall, enjoyed the location very much; convenient to beaches, towns and around a half hour to Newport RI. The bedrooms, bathrooms and upstairs sitting areas are newly redone and very nice. The house is very well stocked with beach accessories, linens and kitchen items. However, as other recent reviews have mentioned there is halted construction at the house that impacts the atmosphere in the kitchen and outdoors and does not provide a general sitting area for a large group other than the dining room table. The kitchen area was completely different than the photos in the listing -- the photos showed a beautiful light, open area with a screened in room with additional seating whereas the current kitchen is dark with a brown carpet and plastic over the glass doors. (I see these photos have now been updated on the listing, but the old ones were up on the site at least until September 18th). I appreciated the offer of our being able to check into the house early. Communication with Robin was very nice and prompt until after our stay when I mentioned the kitchen area discrepancy between the listing photos and reality. Her response was not gracious.

Listing inaccurate

The house was a good size for our guests but poor communication with the host, the house renovation and the kitchen photos listed inaccurately put a damper on our stay. Robin’s communication was disrespectful, dishonest and accusatory. The kitchen photos listed were false and the kitchen that was at the house, although functional, was not as pictured- due to the house under renovation (which was also not disclosed to me prior to our stay). Robin further blamed me and guests for breaking the AC, which was not functioning properly since we arrived, and Robin offered no help to remedy the AC until after our stay.

Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? Property under renovation and backyard looks like a construction zone

The house is under renovation. A cease and desist order was on the front door dated feb 2023. We booked the house in nov 2022 for a wedding with family flying in from Scotland. We were not told about the house renovation until the day before we arrived when we reached out to ask a question. While the 7 bedrooms were quite nice and the upstairs bedrooms had small seating areas for a small number of people, there was no common area for us to hang out in inside the house on the first floor. The renovation I believe is meant to address this but didn’t help us. The only common area on the first floor has a dining table with seating for 8 people. The backyard where we were going to hang out looked like a construction zone with lumber covered with a tarp and plastic blowing on the part of the house under renovation making sitting out there not at all inviting. There were two glass tables with umbrellas out there but we weren’t inclined to use them. We sent an email to the owner the day we arrived requesting a discount since what we thought we were booking and what we got didn’t meet our expectations but we were told no as they believed that the house was fully functional. The owner knew about this renovation since February yet did not mention until we were checking in. Renters beware!

Great Getaway close to everything.

The house is large, clean and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and beach gear. It is centrally located; only five minutes from grocery store, beaches and the Block Island ferry as well as numerous restaurants. We had a wonderful stay with 13 people, ranging from two to seventy two! Robin is very responsive and helpful. We hope to return next year!

Fabulous house

We had a glorious time and we loved being able to walk to the beach any old time we wanted to. We're a family who cooks in (and we have some terrific cooks), so our chefs especially appreciated the chef-quality stove and all that came with it-- a profusion of lobster crackers, tongs, pots and potholders. It really was a wonderful vacation for us!

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY CELEBRATION WITH FAMILY

Briggs Farm was a wonderful place to stay for our family holiday celebration. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and accommodated our large family group. The home had all the neccessary kitchen items to make wonderful meals at home. It was also very close to the beach, to Newport and stores for every need. Amazing stay!

Rented this home for an annual “friendsgiving” get-together and it was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was great for cooking a full thanksgiving meal, and the table is massive and seated us all. The amount of sleeping space was AMAZING, we were all able to spread out and the beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor space was a massive bonus too. Everything was super clean and nice. Tons of parking space. Robin, the host, was super accommodating and communicative. My group hopes to come back some day!
